Chapter 63: A Royal Pain in the Neck!
Seraphina stared in horror.
Of all the possible disasters today, this one took the cake.
"Prince Cedric?!" she choked out.
The royal vampire flipped his long, golden hair.
"Indeed, my beloved."
Seraphina groaned.
"I am NOT your beloved!"

The Prince vs. The Other Lunatics
Lucien crossed his arms.
"Since when are you engaged to Seraphina?"
Cedric grinned.
"Since now!"
Damian snorted.
"Oh, this is hilarious."
Vincent chuckled.
"She collects admirers like trinkets, doesn't she?"
Seraphina glared.
"I DO NOT!"
Cedric ignored her protests.
"As Seraphina's future husband, I must ask you all to step aside."
Lucien's eyes darkened.
"Oh? And if we don't?"
Cedric smirked.
"Then I'll have to settle this the old-fashioned way."
—
Oh No. A Duel. Again.
Seraphina palmed her face.
"Not another duel!"
Cedric pointed dramatically at Lucien.
"I challenge you!"
Lucien rolled his eyes.
"No thanks."
Cedric blinked.
"…What?"
Lucien sighed.
"Dueling over Seraphina is pointless."
Damian smirked.
"She'll just run off before you win."
Vincent nodded.
"Or set something on fire."
Seraphina gritted her teeth.
"First of all— I don't run off! I strategically leave.
And secondly— I only set things on fire accidentally."
Everyone gave her a look.
Seraphina huffed.
"Fine. Sometimes it's on purpose."
—
Disaster Strikes (Again)
Before the argument could continue—
BOOM!
The castle shook.
A loud, terrifying roar echoed through the halls.
Seraphina froze.
"…That wasn't anyone here, right?"
Vincent's expression darkened.
"No. That… sounds like trouble."
Lucien cursed.
"The palace is under attack."
Seraphina groaned loudly.
"CAN I NOT HAVE ONE DAY OF PEACE?!"
