To make things even more awkward, he awakened the Justice Marine System—but luckily, he had a letter from Garp appointing him as a Private Marine. This meant that all the good deeds done by the Straw Hat Pirates would count as achievements for the Private Marines.
Arlong: "So what if the Straw Hats defeated me? It’s not like I’m wanted."
Ike: "Huh? We’re a Private Marine crew. We just fly the Jolly Roger, but we’re not pirates. Why would we be wanted? One call, and the bounty is gone."
Crocodile: "The Straw Hats are in Alabasta. Why isn’t the Marine arresting them?"
Marine officials: "Huh? They’re Private Marines, not pirates."
World Government: "The Straw Hat Pirates destroyed Enies Lobby! Arrest them immediately!"
Ike: "Who said that? It was clearly that idiot Spandam who pressed the Golden Den Den Mushi, and the Buster Call wiped out Enies Lobby. Our Private Marines were just there to eliminate Spandam—the real culprit behind the destruction."

this has been one of the better one piece system fanfiction ive had the absolute joy of finding, a main character who doesn't overshadow the crew by being OP from the start but has a steady increase in power while also helping the rest of the crew grow stronger as well, very awesome all the fic needs is a good romance(just a personal like of mine) with either Robin or Nami
It's a very fantastic story. and a different outcome on how the straw hats and the Navy became enemies. instead they sort of became allies.

This fic’s been a great surprise—solid pacing, balanced power growth, and the crew actually feels like a team. A little romance with Robin or Nami would just be the cherry on top.

Really loving this fic—finally a system story where the MC isn’t OP right away but grows over time and helps the crew get stronger too. Just wish there was a bit of romance with Robin or Nami, but that’s just me.
