I like the system, it's fast, simple and not too broken, the writing is good, it seems that the MC is not horny and goes after all the girls in the series (it could change in the future) and it seems that the MC is not a saint who loves everyone and will save them, but I don't like the timing, I think it's quite wrong, that's very possible that the review is rushed and changes almost everything xd
Let's get straight to the point. The MC isn't a goody two shoes but he also isn't downright horrendous. He basically does tit for tat. About the System MC gets traits by fulfilling set conditions and these said traits provide % boosts or give him chakra nature or even give him a skill. But the MC doesn't reach Kage level in the first 100 chapters (he's close to jonin). Also, a lot of obscure characters will be seen in this ff. Like Izuna's mom, Natsu (Hanabi's maid), etc. Also, there will be some never before seen characters.

The concept is good and all, but your writing style is frustrating. The dialogue between characters is very dull, everyone seems to have the same personality, and finally, there's no sense of time that tells us where we are and what the situation is.
