CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY SIX PLEASE, MARRY ME

  DAHILA

"Says who? You? Or Gerald?" He asked coming close and draping his hand behind my back.

"I said so," I teased further and I could see the jealousy written all over him. He trailed his finger down to my butt.

"Gerald doesn't love you like I do and that's why I don't like it that you still speak to him."

"He is my friend," I whispered while he lifted me off the floor.

"A man and woman can't be friends." He growled into my ears.

"Really? Natalie is your closest friend."

  "That's not true. Ollie is."

"Nat said she told you about her engagement party even before she could announce it to me."

"I don't know about that but..." He kissed me.

At that moment, I couldn't think straight. All I could do was feel.

As he kissed me deeper, his hands exploring my body, the ache grew within me. The world could have been collapsing outside, but all that mattered was him and his touch.

My fingers tangled in his hair, pulling him closer, desperate for more.
