"Next, little bit of rain."Alistair said on getting towards the castle, then the rain began. This time, chilly waters dropped.
We saw that the walls have been shut tightly with everything Roger possessed. It's the first time in Roger's history, he got suddenly scared of war. It isn't a war anymore or is it?
"We're not burning down the castle. Let's go back."I only followed her command. We turned back, going back to our comrades. Looking over the wretch we've created, I could not help but feel pity. I, Katrienair, that weird kid in school, had a part in these. It's unimaginable. I've really grown up and things have really changed. I remembered Arkishair and muttered a little prayer for her. Alistair noticed, her next words proved it.
"She'll be proud of you."
"And you too."
Alistair shook her head. "I don't think she would remember."
We got to the spot the white coven's army stood, they was massive celebration in the air. They were rejoicing because our victory was so glaring. Each and everyone of them stared at I and Alistair with a new sense of honor. I could not address them when Alistair gave me the couch because I was so overwhelmed. Alistair had to.
"Listen up Everyone. I've not got much to say. This is just the beginning. We are going to the castle to take back the world from Roger. It won't be easy. But we've come this far. I must say, all of you here today at indeed men of valor. And honor is what you represent."
She got on her horse and began to ride. I waited a bit till I was side by side with Sylvia. I just could not wait. I discovered Emiliar waited with me.
"Sylvia?"I asked her when she got to our side.
"Oh my God, Katrienair!"She shrieked. She would have hugged me so tight if she wasn't riding too. "I knew you'll do it. I watched everything. You are a god Katrienair!"
"I miss you Sylvia. I miss you so much."I saw that she was near to tears. Someone else joined our team, Alistair. She was about to say something but Emiliar was faster.
"Sylvia, you promised to come and now you're here. I'm so glad!"
I saw Sylvia's smile suddenly vanish. She was staring intently at Emiliar.
"It's been a long time Sylvia" Alistair said, shocking the both is us to our bones. Alistair knows Sylvia?
"Oh my God Alistair! You've grown so big."Sylvia shrieked. I saw a tear drop from her eyes. We were moving, so it was not very visible. Then I saw them gaze at each other for a while. I could tell they were talking, somehow not audibly. What's going on here?
We were close to the castle when Sylvia finally spoke.
"Emiliar, I don't know what our fate at the castle will be. Thank you for saving me earlier today. I owe you."She paused. "Besides, do you remember me?"
Emiliar looked puzzled.
"I don't understand" She said.
Alistair decided to help. "I told you once that you've met your mum once."
"I don't think I have. Or if I have? Do I know her?"Emiliar was doing it the Emiliar's way. Good girl. Don't mind me. I already guessed what was going on.
"What if I say you have. I don't how you're gonna take this but..."Sylvia paused. "I lost my memory a long time ago. I got it back yesterday. I'm your mother Emiliar."
Emiliar suddenly stopped riding. That caused the attention of the group to be drawn to us.
"Are you serious?"For the first time, I could feel seriousness in her voice. I feared. She'd get angry or something.
"I'm sorry. I am your mum. It's a long story. I'll explain if we survive this war."Sylvia was pretty emotional but my best friend stupidly laughed it off. I was surprised she laughed. She was so just a moment ago.
"Come on Sylvia? Don't feel bad. You don't know..."She began to ride, laughing as she did. "You don't know what this means to me."
I do not believe her laughter. Emiliar, she isn't okay. I know she has a lot to say. She always do but she'd decided to.keep it. Because of the war and because it's Sylvia. I know Emiliar that much.
"Come on. Y'all should stop staring at me. Focus on your war okay?"She said.
I moved closer to her. "Hei! You are acting pretty weird."
"I don't know how to act. Should I cry? Or rather smile? Or laugh? Or blame her for losing her mind?"She whispered. "I'm happy I have a mother. Period. No emotions attached. I'll surely speak my mind later." She faced Sylvia.
"Don't mind me Sylvia. I'm just too glad I have a mum like you. You surely have some explanation to do. I've always loved you ... Mum."
Sylvia smiled.

The wall of the castle stood several feet above the ground. We could see soldiers hiding in place. They stood at the upper rampart of the castle with Roger, staring down on his throne. He had a conch with him. He had the wit to hide now that we've cleared about sixty percent of his territory with fire. He wasn't the type that gives up, but he's gone short of soldiers and the way things looked, he had other plans.
"Welcome. Welcome welcome!"He said more like a roar, into his conch. "You came right into your own death. CAULDRONS!"He commanded his army. I could hear gasps from my comrades. I held the key, high up above my head. It's our shield, that magnificent weapon had its own vast use.
"Don't fret comrades!" Alistair yelled into the conch. The boiling liquid from the comrades evaporated in mid air.
"ARCHERS. ATTACK THE MANNED MEN!" Israel yelled. Our group of skill archers got the soldiers all around Roger down in an instant. He was left alone there. He can't be killed, not yet.
Roger gave out a loud shriek that shook the ground around us. We couldn't have cared less. He's just as powerless as his noise.
"Julian, Claudia, you dare defy me!"He shrieked.
