Is it wrong to have divine blessings in the dungeon?

One of the best Danmachi stories I came across so far on this app. You manged to capture bell character quite well but at the same time made It not fully be like cannon as in this version he’s similar to Reinhard as he can acquire blessings that fit his needs. A bonus is that the update schedule is quite consistent so I hope you can keep that up and looking forward to seeing how this progress perhaps in the future you could give him Dragon Sword Reid.

A Sincere review. ===== Writing quality: It's... weird. there are moments where the word choices are just awful, and some sentences come out way more confusing than they should be. it kinda breaks the immersion. The good thing is, you don’t really need deep immersion to read this story. [3.0] ===== Stability of updates: Can’t complain here. the author updates pretty often. [5.0] ===== Story development: The pacing is fast. too fast. In just over 7 chapters, a ton of stuff already happened and honestly, i couldn’t really feel any depth in those events. personally, everything i read so far felt pretty shallow. Another issue for me is how danmachi’s core essence was changed. two big things were altered, and yeah, i know it’s a fanfic, but still—it feels super off (i’ll go into more detail in the next section). overall, the chapters just don’t give me that urge to keep reading. everything feels too simple. but hey, that’s just my taste. i’m sure a lot of people would disagree. [3.0] ===== Character design: So yeah, the interactions are way too over-the-top. I totally get that hestia, bell, and others aren’t super serious or edgy characters, but i also know for a fact that ais wouldn’t act or think the way she does in this story—and bell and hestia’s interactions? kinda weird tbh. About those two things i mentioned earlier: 1. Bell’s personality got a total overhaul. he feels mentally unstable. one moment he’s this over-the-top cheerful kid (to the point of being annoying), and the next he’s talking in this cold, threatening tone after beating people up. pretty sure dude’s got issues. 2. This one’s bigger: the whole point of bell’s character, danmachi’s popularity, and the development of a bunch of characters is tied to the harem setup. I’m not saying every story has to be a harem (i don’t even care much about that), but danmachi’s original world literally relies on it. ais, lili, tiona, haruhime, hestia, artemis—they all gained depth and love from fans because of their romantic-ish dynamics with bell. Removing that from the story? bad move. it takes away the relevance and growth of several characters. Sure, if the author had top-tier writing, this could still work, but that’s not really the case here. the writing isn’t bad, but it’s nowhere near the original’s level either. So now you’ve got characters already feeling off + no romance = they’re gonna get sidelined even more as the story goes. But hey, if someone can overlook all the side characters being underwhelming and just follow the (kinda inconsistent) main character, then it’s still a decent read. [2.0] ===== World background: It’s your usual danmachi setup, but with reinhard-tier blessings from re:zero. or rather, blessings. The twist is that hestia now has to literally sit on bell’s back for the blessings to activate or update—at least from what’s been shown so far. It’s kind of a weird nerf that doesn’t really feel necessary (danmachi’s own status system could’ve handled balance just fine), but hey, to each their own. You can see the author’s trying to make things work in their own way, and that effort is noticeable. [3.0] ===== Final rating: [3.2/5.0], This story has potential and the author clearly puts in effort. Personally, i wasn’t a big fan of a lot of the interactions or author choices (for reasons already explained), but i wouldn’t say the story is bad or not worth checking out. Everyone’s got their own opinion, and i’d say it’s worth giving it a shot. The author seems to genuinely care, so that’s worth something. The only issues I've had with this story so far is due to the translation issues but seeing as that's being fixed i like the fact that Bell is slowly maturing into a hero. The romance option while rare has opportunities for unique character development between Bell and Riveria overall I'd like to see how far this will go.

Overall this fanfic is amazing while there were some translation issues now i can recommend this story. .....................................................
