When Edward saw the bright light at the end of the tunnel, he paused. Creating three ice golems, he let them walk inside what looked like an ambush first. When he didn't hear the sound of a battle, he made the sign for the rest to continue ever further.
The chamber, for there was no way to explain how else the cavern had brick walls, and murals over the bricks, was spacious. There was a light wisp, as big as a human head, shining over their heads. When Edward noticed the gems inside the murals, he made a sign for everybody to stay put.
Motioning Felix to him, he walked towards the nearest mural. He took out a piece of paper, and wrote a single word.
Rune?
Felix looked at the intricate mural before him, and began to examine it more closely. He could see that the curve of the smile on one of the men depicted on the walls had something that should have passed as a dimple, but was actually a rune array.
Felix wrote his response on the paper next.
Trap.
