Kamigami no Sekai (world of gods)

The context describes a world where powerful "god entities" exist, one of the elder gods who created the universe was sealed for 1000 years for trying to wipe out humanity during an event called the "Divine purge".



After being released, the god entity named Boros gains a powerful ice ability known as the "Ice Longinius" by killing a child, and goes on a quest to restore his abilities that were taken from him.



Boros has a broken personality due to the torment he faced during his imprisonment, and he despises humans and wants to wipe them out.



But fate throws him a curve: a lone Shinobi on a quest to find the mysterious Nexus Overlord—unaware that Boros is the one she’s searching for. Forced into an uneasy alliance, they journey across a fractured world, hunting the elusive Fire Longinus and confronting ancient enemies, corrupted gods, and buried truths.



As memories return and secrets unravel, Boros must face the greatest choice of all:

reclaim his divine identity and doom mankind—or sacrifice everything to save the species he hates.
