You follow this kid, Dawn, who’s been through hell, and even though the world around him is falling apart, it’s the stuff inside him that really sticks with you. The writing has this weight to it—like every line is carrying a memory the author hasn’t let go of. It’s not clean or polished in a traditional sense, but that’s what makes it feel honest. The only thing holding it back is that the world still feels a bit undefined—you get the emotion, but not always the structure. Still, if the rest of the story keeps building on what’s here, this could grow into something genuinely good
