Dungeon manager

"KTKTKTKTKT!"

For creatures that possessed Mana inside of their bodies, Mana crystals were a poison if they could not control it.

Most of the creatures of the Tower under the level of 50 could not handle the Mana Crystals if ingested unwillingly.

They did everything in their power to throw out these poisonous things, but many players still used them to take down these creatures.

However, getting these things was no easy job. Even for someone with the access to the shop, it wasn't easy to purchase these things.

The availability was low, so unless you had special connections, you may not get these crystals unless you obtain them through quest rewards or from the Mines directly.

In some dungeons, these natural resources gathered naturally. People did not fight for them often, however there were unique kinds of Mana crystals that people fought wars over.

"Even though this one is so small and of such low quality, the effects are amazing." KiRA smirked as he looked at the struggling Crawler.

The creature with a pale body now had blue pulsing veins all around its body. These veins were overflowing with Mana right now. A kind of amount that the creature could not handle.

It was poison for it, inducing an excruciating pain throughout its body.

"Uni, I will go and clean up the rest of the monsters. Watch after this one, ok?"

KiRA had tied this creature perfectly. There was no way this being was going to get out of there however much it tried.

If anything, the creature was going to become more and more entangled in the string formation that it had fallen into.

"Vivi~!" (Don't worry, master~!)

He left Unity here and went back. Since the first objective was achieved, he went around the dungeon with his string Whip and started taking care of all the remaining creatures.

[Ding!]

[Monsters defeated: 150/201.]

KiRA started with the bigger, elite creatures that they had avoided while coming to the crawler. Since the creature was still alive, its presence was only a threat to the rest of the creatures.

[Ding!]

[Monsters defeated: 165/201.]

Smaller ones like the poisonous hounds and goblins were followed by the champions and the flame hounds.

[Ding!]

[Monsters defeated: 190/201.]

Taking care of the bugs did take some time since it wasn't easy finding the scattered ones, but thanks to the meat of the pristine rabbit, the hunt had become easier.

[Ding!]

[Monsters defeated: 200/201.]

Lastly, he finished the mutated mice around the dungeon. They had been feeding off of the dead bodies that he had left in the initial station where he started his Auto-hunting.

While the start was comfortable, he still ended up working a little. Thankfully, this was just the tutorial.

If it weren't for the unfair advantage of having [Purity] stat, his companion Unity, as well as an absurd amount of coins, he would have had an unnatural level of difficulty in this unique dungeon.

He had carried some knives as well as a Glock with him. The gun was still good enough to kill any human in this modern era, but to creatures with skins layered with Mana, these human weapons were nothing more than toys.

"Phew. Seems like we are done with the clean-up."

[Ding!]

He had killed two hundred of the dungeon's monsters all by himself. And this was just the tutorial…

[Level-up!]

[(Level-17) >> (Level-18).]

"If I fight Isah or Zyon right now, would I win?" He was good at combat, however frontline combat wasn't his forte. He was somewhat of an All-rounder, but if it came to pure combat power, he was nowhere near the monsters that he used to be surrounded by in the tower.

"If they had retained the skills that they originally got in the tower, I'm pretty sure the places they're at are some of the safest ones out there right now."

They were the Masterminds and Heros. Compared to them, he was simply an Ant.

"Anyway…" He returned back to the end-point after checking for any special resource like Mana-crystal or something like that. However he did not find anything even after looking with his {Wise Eyes}.

A little disappointing, however that much was the norm within the tutorial dungeons.

"Vivi~!" (Master~!)

After greeting Unity who was taking good care of the crawler by healing it with her {Blessing of Light} so that it doesn't die easily, KiRA smirked at the creature he had found dreadful at one point in his Tower career.

"Are you gonna come out anytime soon? You do realise I'm going to keep this guy like this until the time runs out, right?" KiRA questioned while looking up at the ceiling of the dungeon.

He wasn't looking at any specific spots, his eyes simply wandered around the ceiling.

He was addressing someone, or so it seemed. Perhaps there was someone out there, but they weren't visible to them right now.

"The dungeon is done already. Do you not feel any remorse for this little guy?" With an evil expression, KiRA wrapped a single golden string around the eyeless sockets of the creature.

"KTKTKTKTKT!"

He tortured the already suffering creature, a scene that was perhaps only present in this dungeon.

"I can put up a system request as well, you know? But I don't think that will look good when it's just a tutorial. Ptff, you know what? I should make this public on the 'main forums'. The response will be funnier~!"

{ "NO!" }

A voice echoed throughout the dungeon as someone… or 'something' appeared before them with a flash of light.

{ "THIS IS ENOUGH!" }

A white, three legged crow as big as a hawk now flew before them. Its flawless feathers glowing with a divine, mystical presence almost seem blinding for a moment.

{ "NOT THE FORUM, NO!" }

A being whose sole purpose was to entertain the masses of the higher realm, a manager who maintained the existing dungeons outside and inside of the tower.

[Luminaries] or as the players called them, the Dungeon Managers were special beings with special authorities in the world governed by the tower's system.

This specific mystical creature was also going to be his first business partner. Or his 'employee' as he would like to call it.

"Sure thing, Mister." KiRA smirked at the crow with a pleased expression.

He could finally see some profits coming his way now.
