He had stolen a map back in the mansion. He traveled the entire night and by morning he was infront of a giant spacial crack. It was pure black, it was impossible to see what was on the other side.

These things were called star gates. They were dimensional gates connection star worlds. Only sovereigns which is an equivalent of S ranks are able to freely travel in the void between stars so everybody else needed to use star gates.

Well technically arcanes can as well but with their speed it would take too long travel between Star worlds and the journey was just not worth it.

They are also the only ones who can create permanent star gates. Arcanes which are A rank can also create star gates but their are unstable and does not last long.

This particular gate lead towards the south. Uriels domain in the star empire was further south, she was almost at the edge of the empire. It encompassed about 23 galaxies.

Only the domain of humility is even more South than hers, it was also smaller with only nine galaxies. The further south you go you will end up in the void desert. It was a region of the universe with very scarce mana.

The one south was even worse than most desert, it was called the star graveyard. It believed to be an ancient battlefield, the planets and stars there are broken and dead with only a few remaining, barely able to support life.

It filled with black holes and random space fractures, it was a very dangerous place. He slowly approached the gate. It was heavily guarded.

A woman in armour and a long white dress approached him. State your purpose, she shouted. An urge to use heavenly eyes on her appeared but he stopped it.

He could tell she was strong just by looking at her and he learnt those stronger than him can sense when he used heavenly eyes on them and it was considered rude to pry into people.

What he did not know was that they would have to be much stronger than he was due to the grade of his heavenly eyes. He took out a badge.

The woman inspected it then gave it back to him, it was the servant badge of the house of Chastity and everything in this region belonged to the house of Chastity.

What he didn't know was that his badge gave him more privileges than most servants or he would have still been stopped. Uriel had given him a badge equal to that of her personal Buttler Sebastian as a favour.

They opened a path and he went towards the dark Star gate. He sighed and jumped with inside with his camel. When he opened his eyes he was infront a group of armed men.

Welcome to the Craven Galaxy, said a pretty woman standing infront of the armoured men. Thank you, he said slowly with a doubtful voice.

Had he really just jumped over 11 galaxies, that was Inconceivable. He bowed slowly to the lady and left. He needed to buy new clothes before moving on to the next planet.

He went inside a city, star gates were not allowed to be inside a city as that would be dangerous and an easy way to send an attack inside, so he had to travel there himself. It was a bustling place, it was much larger than the one In Uriels estate.

It was understandable though as that was technically not a city but servants quarters. He was told to take his camel to the stables as they were not allowed in the commercial part of the city.

Shops lined the side of the road, the streets were actually clean, the roads were made from polished stone and trash cans stood at the side of the roads every 100 metres.

There were street lamps, they looked pretty with beautiful drawings. This place looked amazing. He entered a boutique, lot of stylish clothes lined the shelves.

He went around the isles looking around. Can I help you sir? Asked a middle aged man dressed fashionable. I'm fine, he replied and continued walking.

As he was looking around he saw a huge black coat, he bought the coat, a black top, black pants, black boots and a black lower face mask.

He paid and left the store. He went to look around for an inn, he could've asked around but he would be damned if he talked to strangers unnecessarily.

It didn't take long for him to find it. He booked a room for a week then went to sleep immediately,he was tired. The next morning he walked around the city.

He saw a lot of people walking around in amour, carrying all kinds of weapons, ranging from spears, axes and the likes. Swords were the most common though.

There were others carrying staffs which he assumed were mages. He did not see anybody use a staff amongst the servants of Uriel. Old man Von just casted magic with a wave of his hand.

He noticed almost all of them were coming from the same direction. He went towards that direction. A large three story building stood infront of him.

It was written adventures guild. He heard read about the adventures guild. It was like a mercenary organisation that helps to cull monsters and demons.

It did not take part in politics. Infact adventures were forbidden from participating in wars between countries or empires. The only war they were allowed in was one involving demons.

Another thing, adventures were protected. If somebody kills an adventure without justifiable reasons they would be punished and a lot of people feared messing with the guild.

It was a powerful organisation after all, that recruited experts from different races without bias except demons and monsters. He went inside and the instant he got inside the place turned quiet and all eyes turned towards him. Fuck, he thought.
