Clash of Friction

Taken from his homeworld, denied the chance to see his children, and plagued by a chronic illness of his own making, Iode de Pandavatton was exiled to Earth and forced to chaperone the children of his captor—a devil from the underworld. Together, he and the devil's offspring encountered all manner of beings on Earth: humans, vampires, werewolves, and more. They faced countless obstacles along the way.



Eventually, Iode found a way back home, only to be devastated by what he saw—too much time had passed, and nothing was the way he remembered. Still, he held fast to a new determination: to prevent an invasion prophesied to take place in the future.



But for his plan to succeed, the nations of the world would need to unite and stand together. Unfortunately, the world was more fractured than ever. With no one else willing to act, Iode took the burden upon himself—to bring unity at any cost, even if it meant becoming the villain in the eyes of the world...
