I read the first few chapters at this point and can give a break down of my own opinion: Nick, a somewhat ballsy name, is an interesting character. Although he was basically thrown without experience into the Beast Domain, one can see he is quite the optimist with his own aspirations and ambitions. It's an interesting approach contrasting the usually desperate MC who can't properly handle things (emotions) - here, even though he needs the 'job', he's very determined and positive about things, going in with the attitude of not only trying but also reaching the top. He's not only doing it to help his sister, he's also doing it for himself, to explore the unknown and reach the great heights. I like the pure ambition quite a lot. I don't need a protagonist who is 'forced' to do everything, rather, it's nice to have sm1 who (although also a bit forced by the situation) does it because he wants to build himself a better future. The novel is focused on the hunt and fight against beasts, which I personally find interesting. If it remains like this with different beasts, I can imagine it would be boring, but Ungod here gives us a little foreshadowing with the Federation behind - so I believe it will be a nice blend between Hunting and interpersonal Relationships. Maybe a bit of sci fi action too. As for the power system, is is quite interesting. Especially the mutations. I don't want to spoiler, but I do have to say that those who have read Super Gene and similar novels will like it. What is there more to say? I recommend everyone who has a bit of interest based on the tags and synopsis, or even the cover (which is 💯), should read it. If you weren't sure before, I hope I was able to give you a peek into it (: -> As for negative points... I would say it's the ability. Not that it's bad, I just didn't read it properly the first time, so now it's going through my head, sounding weird because I did not realise they are two words, I kinda thought it was just one long word I didn't know smh xD (istg I need three tries for every review cuz I forget how it formats... anyways, if it looks shit, don't blame me °^°)

This book reminds me of Super Gene. But it has its own flare to it. So far I'm enraptured by it keep it up the story is developing nicely.
