The Doubts

Emilia walked out of the building, the contract clutched in her hand. She felt a mix of emotions - excitement at the prospect of advancing her career, but also doubts about Julian's motives and the terms of the contract.

As she walked down the street, she couldn't shake the feeling that she was being pulled into something she didn't fully understand. She thought about the clause that required her to create art exclusively for Julian, and wondered if it was worth giving up her creative freedom.

When she got home, Emilia sat down at her desk and began to read through the contract again, highlighting the parts that concerned her. She knew she needed to talk to someone about it, get a second opinion.

She picked up her phone and dialed Rachel's number. "Hey, Rach, I need your advice," Emilia said when Rachel answered.

"What's up?" Rachel asked, her voice concerned.

"I just met with Julian, and he's offering me a contract," Emilia explained. "But there are some things in it that I'm not sure about. Can we talk about it?"

"Of course, Em," Rachel said. "I'm coming over. We'll go through it together."

Emilia felt a sense of relief wash over her. She was glad she had Rachel to talk to, someone who would give her honest advice and help her make the right decision.

As she waited for Rachel to arrive, Emilia couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. She knew that this decision could change the course of her career, and she wanted to make sure she was doing the right thing.
