## Hazel's POV
"Yes," I said with conviction. "Let's end this."
Sebastian's eyes lit up with a mix of pride and admiration. "Then we're in this together. As a team."
The word "team" warmed me from the inside. That's what we had become—partners facing the storm side by side.
"As a team," I echoed, squeezing his hand.
Before I could say more, the car slowed to a stop. Looking out the window, I realized we had arrived at the airport.
"Already?" I checked my watch. My flight was scheduled in just over an hour.
Sebastian nodded. "I arranged for early check-in so we'd have more time together."
As Shawn retrieved my luggage from the trunk, Sebastian guided me through a private entrance, bypassing the usual chaos of the main terminal. The special treatment still felt foreign to me, but I was learning to accept that this was Sebastian's way—efficient, thoughtful, always several steps ahead.
"I have something to show you," he said, handling me my boarding pass.
