A Legacy to Uphold

Jaune Arc aspired to be a hero, hoping to follow in the footsteps of his family. He wanted to prove himself worthy of upholding their legacy and believed he was destined to become a hero like his ancestors. More than anything, Jaune wanted to show his family that he could achieve this goal.



Determined to chase his dreams, he ran away from home, taking Crocea Mors with him to join Beacon Academy. What he didn't know was that a mischievous old troll had decided to alter the fates for his own amusement by changing some of the history of Remnant. As a result, Crocea Mors awakened one of Jaune's ancestors, Jeanne d'Arc, who had fought in The Great War and during the Faunus Rights Revolution eighty years ago. She would guide him on his journey to become a hero.
