It's off to a bad start, there's a reason Harry is left with people as horrible as the Dursleys! -3 stars for not knowing such an important detail.
The story is quite interesting at the moment, and I'm really enjoying it. But there are too few chapters to give a more complete opinion. So far, I haven't seen any cheating or anything like that. Although, transforming into a genie should be a cheat in itself. We'll wait and see what happens. I haven't figured out the release frequency yet, so the rating will be 1. Otherwise, it's the best.
