Am I The Only Male Tenant Here?

When 19-year-old Sosuke Ginjo moves from his rural Hokkaido fishing village to a run-down Tokyo apartment, he expects a humble, lonely start to his new life. What he doesn't expect is a gorgeous apartment manager in her forties, a mysterious system rewards him for raising women’s "favorability," and a building seemingly filled with beautiful female tenants.

It’s a coming-of-age story with curry packets, tight jeans, and the occasional mission from a dating sim interface. One thing's for sure: Tokyo isn’t ready for this small-town guy… and neither is the all-female apartment complex he’s just moved into.
