you should focus on one fic to get better at writing not speeding through like 6 different ones and you need to see negative reviews to know what to focus on to get better.
Unrealistic loyalty to a random dude that showed up, said basic recruitment speech and made invitation out of glowing letters. Seriously, SHIELD agent and Yelena - trained solder and spy with a decade of experience - 90% loyalty and desire to leak entire spy-network after 15 seconds of nonsense claims and promises of grand future. I can believe that it's enough for Wanda and her brother (lonely desperate kids) and Darcy (wants adventure and feels left behind), but it looks incredibly stupid to read how that somehow works on people from FBI-on-steroids.
