He inherited the memory of a person who died due to a certain truck whose quest is to send people to another world. It wasn't a direct reincarnation since the laws of reincarnation do not apply to their current world, causing the transfer to fail.
Poor unfortunate soul, sent by truck-kun only for his memories to be the only one to arrive safely.
But he didn't inherit only his memories, but he also inherited the system that was given to him. A system that allows him to copy skills from anything he touches. Isn't that quite a cheat? Well, not quite. Since the original host was gone, the system decided to become a scammer so now, our protagonist is stuck at an opportunistic scammer, and the memories of the original.
"Don't worry, you might have died and failed to get reborn, but I will make use of your crappy system to its full extent! Now, time to reclaim what is rightfully mine!"
Though this the updated and revised version of the story I still find it pleasant and my hopes to see my favorite bird still ring true I really hope to be able to read this to the very end so I ask please don't drop this and keep going because I've stared to fall in love with the story allover again
