On A Boat...Again!

As they walked closer towards the docks he could sense over a thousand ninjas, ranging from Genin to Jonin. The ninjas were broken up into sixty groups representing the sixty boats.

As they walked closer heads began to turn and whispers filled the air. The Shichibukai were the envy of every Genin and Chunin, but scorned by the Jonin who thought they were stronger and deserved the swords.

But because of Mangetsu, Zitsu, and the backing of the Mizukage there was nothing they could do.

"Which group is ours?" Zitsu's head turned towards Emina, only to be met by her looking away. Giving up on her, he instead turned to Haku.

"We are in group four." He smiled sweetly as he answered Zitsu's question.

"Ok" His eyes scanned the other four members "Mangetsu, I leave them to you."

Mangetsu's shark-like teeth revealed themselves as his lips curled. "Don't worry, everyone's skills have at least doubled due to the Sharingan."

Thinking about how Emina was able to dodge his strikes in his base form, he couldn't help but nod in agreement. "Let's go!" Zitsu began walking towards his group.

Seeing him walk away, Fuu didn't even think twice before following him as she didn't even care about the other people. To her, Zitsu was the only person she could trust and rely on.

"Sister, If I don't come back, know that the smelly guy did something and you must revenge me!"

Eminu just looked her in the eye for a moment before patting her head. Feeling her sister's care Emina smiled before running after Zitsu.

"Haku" Mangetsu's face turned serious "You have to look after them, you're the only rational thinker on that team, the rest are..." He paused as he chose his next words carefully "Eccentric."

Taisho's eyes widened as he couldn't help but nod in agreement. Chojuro looked away from Eminu as he saw her brows furrow.

"Hah hah" Haku chuckled lightly as he covered his mouth "Don't worry brother Mangetsu, Zitsu can be trusted." Flashing him a smile he walked away.

Mangetsu couldn't help but shake his head. "I feel bad for whoever meets them." Waving his hand, he walked towards a different group "Come on guys, let's go."

As Zitsu walked up to his team, he noticed that with the addition of his people they all totaled nineteen. He didn't really care at first, not until a familiar figure he hadn't seen in years caught his eye.

Turning his head, he saw a boy around the same age as him with three scar-like lines on his forehead staring venomously at him. Looking at the kid's yellow eyes and short black hair his name returned to his head.

"Bunrakuken" Zitsu's lips curled as he saw the boy's face twist in rage "I see you're a Genin now? That's good." He nodded a bit "You've come far."

Bunrakuken's face turned black as he ground his teeth in rage "Don't think you're better than me!"

Hearing his words, Emina burst into laughter "Are you drunk? Why would he even waste his time comparing himself to you, when he still has to deal with me!"

Haku couldn't help but feel awkward at their exchange while Fuu just watched with glowing eyes because all this was new to her.

"Haaa" Zitsu released a long breath as he saw the strange looks of the other ninjas. "I'm Zitsukani, and I'll be the Jonin Commander of this team." Seeing that no one disagreed, Zitsu nodded.

"Everyone to the ship" Grabbing Fuu by the shoulder his body turned into a blur.

Everyone's eyes went wide as they weren't able to even follow his movements.

"What are you guys waiting around for?! Let's go!" Emina snarled as her body transformed into a blur as well.

"Everyone don't mind my companions, we're in this as a team." As Haku finished speaking his body dispersed into powdered snow that scattered by the wind.

"It's true, the Shichibukai are crazy." It wasn't known who said it, but they all nodded in agreement.

A sinister smile appeared on Bunrakuken's face as all kinds of thoughts and ideas ran through his head.

The fourteen ninjas started heading to the boat since they didn't want not to be left behind. Similar scenes were happening everywhere as all the ninjas were going towards their assigned boats.

For every ship, one Jonin or at most two were arranged into a team. The rest of the ninjas were mostly Chunin and Genin. This was the biggest fighting force Kiri could assemble without leaving their backs exposed to their enemies.

The Mizukage, the Elders, and a third of the Jonin remained with the rest of the Ninjas. With a mobilization this large, they could easily strike one of the five great nations and start the fourth shinobi world war.

This mobilization was thought of and arranged by one person's whim. The same person standing at the bow of the ship.

"Fuu make sure you stay next to me at all time, this will be a learning experience for you."

"Fuu understands, Fuu will be good!" Her head began bobbing back and forth to show her agreement.

As he rubbed her head, he heard a yell.

"Setting sail!" One of the civilian workers yelled.

"All hands on deck! Raise the sails, pull the anchor!" Over a dozen people began milling about as the ship began to move.

All sixty ships began moving at the same time, a grand sight to behold. On the shore, some ninjas and their families watched the grand departure.

Looking at the shrinking coastline, Zitsu removed Samehada and sat cross-legged on the deck of the ship. "Even though the mist is unified now, the relationship is still fragile." Zitsu shook his head as he spoke in a voice only Fuu could hear "In order for us to truly unite, we need a common enemy, and Mei is too soft to do this on her own, so I had to suggest this Fuu."

Fuu nodded her head as she looked at Zitsu sit down. "Remember my apprentice, peace is a lie, there is only power. Only with power shall you truly be free."

Zitsu closed his eyes as he began gathering Natural Energy. Their ship was sailing to the back side of Nagi Island so it would take them a week to arrive. After arriving at their destination, the sixty ships would drop anchor a distance from the island, setting up a blockade. All incoming and outgoing traffic would be intercepted as they waited for all sixty ships to get into position.

In two weeks from today, they would begin their assault at first sunlight.

Zitsu needed all the time he could get to assimilate perfectly with Hashirama's cells so he could use them like the back of his hand, then gather Natural Energy, and constantly absorb chakra from the seven tails.

Seeing that he wouldn't be playing with her, Fuu began to pout. Looking around the ship for a moment her eyes lost focus as she saw the other people. Even though they were there she had no desire to even approach them. Looking at Zitsu for a moment caused her eyes to go wide.

What if this was the game? As the thought entered her head she immediately sat in Zitsu's lap and adjusted herself before closing her eyes and leaned the back of her head onto his chest.

Feeling the soft disturbance, Zitsu frowned for a moment before realizing he brought this onto himself. He cast ultimate Genjutsu on a girl that only wanted friends and told her that he was the only person she could trust.

Thinking for a moment he came up with an idea. Placing his left hand on her stomach and his right hand on her upper back, he began refining her chakra with that of the seven tails before absorbing it. This way he could turn her into a perfect jinchuriki. She wouldn't have the massive chakra as he was taking most of it, but she would still be able to Scale Release, Poison Release, and fly.

The journey over was rather uneventful as he would spend the whole time gathering Natural Energy. He was able to form the second stored power spot and refine Fuu's chakra. While he'd like to use the two releases himself, Fuu was the actual host.

Two days after dropping anchor, a Chunin with short green hair and bandages covering his mouth approached him.

"Sir."

Zitsu's eyes opened, his head slowly turned as his eyes locked on the man.

Seeing the Sharingan in his right eye, the ninja gulped. "We have reports of a ship approaching from Sea country, because of our mist formation we haven't been spotted. What should we do?"

Zitsu's eyes flickered portside as his chakra radar expanded to 30km, 60km, 80km, a full 130km before he sensed the boat.

"The boat is full of civilians with only six ninja guards. From their chakra levels, it would appear to be one Jonin, three Chunin, and two Genin."

As he finished speaking he closed his eyes "Tell Emina to intercept, total annihilation of the enemy ninja. If the citizens are from Nagi or O'uzu, capture them as they will soon fall under our control, if they're from Sea County kill without mercy."

"I'll deliver the mission." The ninja cupped his hands before walking away.

Fuu wiggled in his lap as she turned to look at his face. "Why can't Fuu go? Fuu wants to have fun."

Zitsu rubbed the top of her head "You're not ready yet."
