***'s reincarnation turned out to be a big letdown. Not only it involved losing half of his memories, it also had another huge price attached. The ‘merciful goddess’ who fished him out from the river of souls, wasn’t merciful enough to provide a supply of new bodies free of charge.
Not to mention that his nameless soul wasn't compatible with the fantasy world, making him the only silver elf who was unable to cast the simplest spell. A very poor combination in the world where nearly the entire elven population was enslaved and silver elves were seen as a valuable commodity.
But not all hope was lost. Working directly for a goddess, even a fake one, came with a unique set of privileges. And he gained the access to something that could possibly help with the hard task of rebuilding the elven kingdom... as soon as he figured out the various rules behind each of those nightmarish doors.

Good writing, good world and good concepts. Well thought out, very deep. The story pace and concept may not suit every reader. The first few chapters are very heavy and mostly psychological, mental state and to do with the characters souls and memories. Thats deep - maybe it's not that easy to pick up and get through the first few chapters to the main storyline? I felt that way - but I'm not representative of the whole world :) Just my own feeling reading this novel.
