Nelda finds herself transported into a world populated by mythical creatures, but where humans are unknown. Prophecy suggests that Nelda is there to save the world, but experience suggests she will find a way to screw it up--possibly literally.
Complete at 44 parts -- Volume #1: Chimera World
In progress -- Volume #2: Chimera War
I am currently editing but will start adding new chapters soon.
I thought I'll just read the first ten chapters or so but I just couldn't stop myself once I started. Your novel was that good. Appreciative. From the plot, the writing quality to world background all was really nicely set. Yes there were a few glitches but not as much as to hinder the process of reading. The character design, according to my personal opinion, needs a little polishing. Overall it deserves my attention and I'm happily reviewing it while keeping it in my library. Keep it up author.
Wow, such a refreshing story! I found myself giggling at nearly every chapter! Don't be put off by the cover or title because it isn't similar to most novels on WN. This book is a true gem. Warning though, if you aren't into mature content, do not read. Writing: 4/5 The author's writing style is very strong. There is a clear, comical voice that matches the story very well. The only reason why I'm giving it a four star is because there can be typos found in every chapter. It's just small slip ups, but could be improved with just a bit of proofreading. Stability: 5/5 This book has received an update almost every day since its publish date. Kudos to the author. Story Development: 5/5 The plot is so interesting! There are twists everywhere. You can never guess what will happen next. This story will leave you wanting more. Character Design: 5/5 I love, love the MC! She's so hilarious! The side characters so far are also intriguing! Their reactions and interactions are so fresh and fun. World Background: 4/5 The only reason I gave this a four star is because there can be more explaining to do, but this is to be expected because the story is still in its early stages. So far the world is quite fascinating. Can't wait to learn more about it!
Wow, I expected some comedy after reading the synopsis, and I was not disappointed. The whole story has a casual tone that makes this novel a refreshing read that goes very well with the comedy. At first, it may seem like one of those comedies where the author relies too much on strong words and insults, but the reality is far from it. Yes, the novel uses insults and some sexual jokes ( there are also many jokes without them) but they don't feel overly used and fit perfectly well with the mc personality. This is a good read for anyone who wants to take a break from the serious tone of the story they are reading and want to just have a good laugh.
Wow! Just wow! Gives me a sort of Douglas Adams vibe. A great read that leaves you wanting more. A beautiful story and funny as well, I wish I could give you 10 in everything! Love your work and hope to read more!
This is the first fantasy novel I read in Webnovel and it's certainly an eye-opener. At the time of writing, the novel has 15 chapters and I'm still wondering what's happening - not in a bad way. I just mean that I'm wondering what the future holds for MC. The plot is slowly unfolding. Writing Quality: It's great and any mistakes are negligible to me. Stability of Updates: 5* in good faith Story Development: The pace is nice and slow but not too slow. The best thing about this novel is its unique humour which is very realistic and humane. Author is constantly teasing with hints dropped here and there, and will need to wait for more chapters in order to find out what's truly happening. It's gripping so far. Character Design & World Background: Love it. MC is hilarious and human (realistically written) and the side-kicks and other characters that she meets are all wonderfully written. Overall, a truly enjoyable read. All the best, Author!
After brushing up on my knowledge of mythical creatures (thanks Google!), I found myself enjoying the chapters. Glad I picked up this novel when I was looking for a light read. Unfortunately, the Nelda in me wanted to cause trouble too. I do look forward to seeing more sides of Nelda.
**Early Review-Updates will follow as story progresses** So I have to say that I am not the type of person that enjoys reading stories with a very mature tone and content, but the hilarious way of thinking and speaking of our MC really won me over. I can't say that I'll enjoy what will inevitably be x rated content, but that's a personal taste, not universal. From a purely objective perspective I would recommend anyone give this a try to see if it's for you, because the comedy is witty and well written. Timing is important in humor and the Author nails it. I'm very impressed, and look forward to more. If I were to offer constructive criticism it would just be one point that we all struggle with: Find consistency in your voice. Find a way to portray thoughts of the characters, and "emotes" we'll say in a consistent manner. That is the worst thing I can say about the story. It's wonderful.
This book's damn good.I was a bit dubious seeing the title, but it was funnier than I expected. The plot is 100% interesting.Mc is just... Amazing lol. Her character is what makes me admire her. Rude, funny and smart-exactly what a girl should be like.
good read. a book where an office drone becomes a priest in another world. The writing is good, the characterization is good, and the dialogue rocks.
I'm rooting for this novel even though it only has a few chapters, would like to have more chapters uwu that's all haha pretty good writing just keep it up
This novel has a cool sense of humor. I cant help to laugh. (I give it a thumb's up for that.) This novel just need little polishing in describing events. (Ex. How she transported-its a little vague in my part.) Cool beginning. Keep up the good work. (Especially the humor part. Haha)
Only three chapters in, so this review is only up to this point. The story gave me an old classic vibe of fantasy-adventure stories authors published back in the early 1900 with a bit of ***** humour thrown in. The technical side of writing is pretty good. A few grammar slips, but nothing that stopped my reading flow. MC comes across as cocky and smart, but not OP. The descriptions of the scientists were good. I found it lacked a bit in the world description area, especially between the transition of the two worlds. Doesn't need a lot, but a bit more so a clueless reader like myself has a gist of the places. Like buzzing lights, smells, droning noises. All in all. Good start. Keep writing.
So far so good, From the title, I thought It would have been some sort of girl turned beast or communicates with beast but I guess is just 3 chapters so anything can happen. I like the MC's sarcastic views and remarks (a bit lewd but funny) also for me, the transportation of he to another world was unclear, not sure if you intended it to be as such but I look forward to more chapters........like seriously MORE CHAPTERS!
The story may only have two chapters but the humor and strength of the writer (in weaving stories) are evident. I do not possess perfect grammar so I can't comment on the mistakes of the author. A little tweaking and a couple of more chapters will make a solid plotline. The phallic imagery and jokes are... my cup of tea. *sips tea*
