Tsubaki's Gift

Sasuke Tsubaki and the Sket Dan members attend to Sōjirō Agata's request to spend a day with his cousin Mei Tanaka, who has an incurable form of cancer. Sasuke receives a priceless gift from Mei and offers one in return.
