The big guy named Gong was about 18 years old and had quite a mean-looking face, he was almost bald and had a very rough appearance. Like the other lackeys, he wore nothing more than a brown robe.
In all honestly, every single person had some kind of history for why they began serving boss Shan. Some came together and some had no one when they first met him.
The big guy went by the name Lu Gong, he came when he was younger, trying to use his talent to rise up in the world. Unfortunately, he only ended up becoming a servant, he hardly even got to see the exterior of the martial library.
The leader of the group was called Huo Shan and was the son of Huo Yu Bo, who basically ruled the outer Huang estate. When Huo Yu Bo was younger he served in the estate and ended up receiving a manual of lower quality.
Many years passed by and Huo Yu Bo ended up awakening his martial spirit, since then he became a sort of leader of the weak. He would control the servants not living with the family members.
He was arrogant and ruthless, which sadly ended up being carried on over to his son, who started from the top of the servant chain. He did whatever he wanted to, not showing the slightest amount of sympathy.
When people like Lu Gong came to learn but ended up as a nobody, Huo Shan would reach out to them. If they served him, he would allow them to learn their martial arts.
Lu Gong joined for this reason. The alluring young woman had the same story, except she started out being born from a couple of servants. Her name was Bing Wei, and when she showed talent, she tried to get into the family.
At times, she would even try to seduce a true family member, which bore no fruit. luckily for her, it turned out that seducing an arrogant fool such as Huo Shan had been one of her easiest goals.
Another thin youth, who was one of the guys who looked to be bulling blind Hao Hai, grew up by Huo Shan's side and was said to be more talented than him, but since he hardly had a family who received a martial arts manual, he couldn't show off. He could only serve and beat up people. He went by Ma Gang.
The last two who acted as lookouts came from the same origin, Bright city, going by the names Peng Chen and Fu Shui. They had journeyed together, sharing their dreams with each other. They could now only do lookout until Huo Shan gave them his manual.
Huo Shan had a hand over every single member of his little group, so when he asked Lu Gong to beat up the kids, he had no reason to keep looking.
His gaze was firmly fixed upon the tight robes of Bing Wei, while saliva almost began to drop from his lips. Lust awakened in his eyes, unable to see the deprecating smile of Bing Wei.
"Hehe, don't worry sister Wei, you'll get what you want... We can discuss this at my place", Huo Shan said as he licked his lips. He had gotten his own place just for this.
A dissatisfied look surfaced on the thin face of Peng Chen. He was the one who had spotted the kid, yet now he would hardly get his hands on anything. If he could just start learning martial arts, he was sure that the death of Huo Shan would not be far away.
Regrettably, they all knew how Huo Shan would let them waste their golden years, before being able to even look at the manual. Peng Chen simply grunted as he turned his head to look at his big brother Gong in action, at least he could see some martial arts, even though it was nothing more than the strong bullying the weak.
There were three actual cultivators in the group with Lu Gong being the weakest of them, but he had still reached the fifth stage of the opening realm, giving him plenty of power amongst the servants.
The problem lay in how unsuitable the manual they trained in was for him. He was a big guy, with more than enough muscles. While it hadn't been tested, a person would assume that he had affinity when it came to earth.
The martial arts manual went by the name Ice Cold palm art. Mostly leaning towards water and wind. Huo Yu Bo had gotten it, and luckily showed a bit of talent in it.
It wasn't a problem for the Huang family to give it away since the family was related to fire, and the manual was of far lower quality than the Roaring Flame Sword art.
Since Huo Shan was the son of Huo Yu Bo, he also had a bit of talent when training in this art. He wasn't that great, but he had more power, compared to the others.
Wind gathered around the palm of Lu Gong as he was ready to smash down. He gave a wicked smile, likely due to the personality of Huo Shan rubbing off on him.
As the pressure descended on Huang Yang and Hao Hai. The two showed different reactions to the situation.
Hao Hai, still did what he could to stand firm, but sweat kept on being produced from his neck and down. He had experienced a beating multiple times, but he would never get used to it.
Huang Yang, however, revealed a flash of delight. Hadn't this been what he was looking for? A bunch of people who he wouldn't have a problem beating up since they all acted like fools in his eyes. But then again, none of them knew who he was.
The thing that they should blame themselves for, was attacking a rich looking kid, without at least wondering about his origin. They serve a family far richer than them, yet could not think further than their own eyes.
Of course, they couldn't know the strength of Huang Yang, since he was quite the little monster, but they should have acted with a bit more caution, as just by knowing his name, could this whole thing have been avoided.
Huang Yang reached his hand towards the inner parts of his coat since he had already thrown away his Bronzefire greatsword, leaving his only The Silent Slash Sword.
While his hands felt the hilt of the sword, his eyes never removed themselves from his front, always remaining locked on the falling palm of the huge man.
He was young, but not dumb and likely had more practice than this group put together, as they only seemed to bully the weak.
When Huang Yang looked at the man, he felt as though he was standing in front of a mountain because of the sheer difference in size. However, another feeling told him, that it was a mountain he could cut down with one strike.
His knees bent as he silently allowed his sword to leave the scabbard without the least amount of resistance as if the blade was laced with butter. He tilted his body, almost letting it fall towards the ground, creating more space between him and the palm.
With a groundbreaking burst of power, his legs extended, pushing him towards Lu Gong, leaving the area of his palm was going to hit. Huang Yang quickly approached Lu Gong, aiming for his entire torso it would seem.
A look of shock and panic rose in Lu Gang's eyes, as he struggled to react. This little thing had too much speed.
He hastily twisted his hips, shooting out his left leg in panic, trying to kick Huang Yang back, as if he was a wild dog, who was looking to get a bite of him.
Seeing the leg approaching him, Huang Yang raised himself a bit. Before once again producing power within his legs. As if pretending to be a monkey. Huang Yang placed his right foot on Lu Gong's left leg.
Huang Yang had shifted his focus towards Lu Gong's head, as he seemed to vault the big guy in unseen speed. The Silent Slash Sword was now clearly shown in Huang Yang's right hand, bringing out fear in Lu Gong, who felt as though he was fighting a quick bug, which he was unable to strike.
The joy and delight seen in Huang Yang's eyes had vanished as he stared at Lu Gong. His eyes were calm and with no hesitation in them. He felt as though he was back in the months when he would train without feelings.
It honestly made him angry. He wanted to have a fun fight, yet the unhappy emotions welled up in him as it had for some time. Maybe he would be better of fighting Pen Min, who would likely begin telling jokes again as he used to do.
In frustration, he threw out his left fist, plating it right above Lu Gong's neck, resulting in a cracking sound coming from Lu Gong. The fist had broken his broad jawline.
Pain flared up, allowing red lines to crawl towards Lu Gong's pupil as he lost balance in an instance. Blood flew out of his mouth as he fell to the ground.
Huang Yang, who had begun mounting his climb, followed him towards the ground, yet his balance was never lost. The body of Lu Gong, made dirt and dust blow up once he landed, attracting curious gazes from the people who were secretly watching from their houses.
As the dust settled a small figure was sitting atop a huge man, with a sword pressed up against his throat, looking at the group with cold eyes.
