Marksman In Pokemon World

This is the story of a US Special Operations soldier, Dakota Cartson, who used to be one of America's agents classified as an assassin, given his specialty. During one mission to disarm a nuclear bomb during WW3 in his own country, he is disposed of by his superiors marking him as a traitor. Although he tried to escape the sealed nuclear chamber, he eventually gave up, deciding to just read one final book before being vaporized by his own country. Eventually, ending up as a new legendary working for Arceus as her executioner.
