The Greek Gods Send Their Regards

Crynn POV

Is Aragog seriously that easy, just a short beam of magic killed him? No matter, no matter, it's good that Aragog is this easy, if I fought a magician with Magic Overcharge, wouldn't the wizard be able to use Protego, and directly block it. I seem to be able to also stop the skill before my magic totally ran out. Skills here are different from the usual kind eh. You normally won't be able to stop a skill once activated, but I can stop my skill before my magic ran out.

"Let's go, kill the rest of the acromantulas before they get away!" Magorian's shout was heard from the distant, filled with pride and unexpected pleasure, probably from killing their enemies. Magorian galloped through the forest and came up to me, "Great work human, you killed the Nightmare of the Forest, Aragog the Great himself!" Magorian no longer looked at me condescendingly, his eyes shone with a small glare of respect.

It seems killing Aragog truly raised my affinity with the centaurs or in this case, the centaur leader. "We, centaurs will finish things off here, then you'll be brought back to our colony," Magorian voiced out then galloped after some of the escaping acromantulas, shooting arrows gallantly with precision.

"Centaur Colony? I've never seen it before in the movies, is it just huts and camps, probably yes," seeing the centaurs wear mostly nothing, it's safe to assume that the colony would probably be like an indian camp with their teepee huts. It's not wrong to assume centaurs as primitive, they wear nothing for God's sake.

I just sat by a tree waiting for the centaurs to finish their job, while looking up in the blue sky, a sky so pure unlike the earth so defiled, pollution is not a problem here in the sky of Hogwarts, there's no coal engines or any other muggle engines that disrupt the purity above. Now that I think about it, not to mention Mudblood, even the name 'muggle' sounds so racist, the rest of the world could really follow the examples of MACUSA, 'no-maj' seems like a better name, even though it's still slightly racist.

"We're done here human, I'm bringing you to our colony," Magorian, still proud, said. "What about the rest of the centaurs," I saw that the rest of the centaurs have galloped to God-knows-where. "With the acromantulas distraught and in chaos at the loss of Aragog, the rest will launch an attack on the centaurs, erasing them eternally after today," Magorian gazed towards the leaving centaurs, proud at them for being the ones chosen in the extermination of the acromantula. "Sure," I looked towards Magorian and saw his hand once again patting his back.

I'll take that as a confirmation for me to get on board the centaur express, faster than any horse, faster than any car, we proudly present Centaur Express. It's like a fake advertisement off of a fake Newspaper Company. I climbed his back, then he galloped away, "Magorian, can you please stop at our meeting area first, I previously left my briefcase there," Magorian nodded and continue galloping.

I've personally never rode a horse before, but now I still haven't rode a horse before, it's extremely prideful to be able to ride a centaur first before riding a horse. I secretly snickered, hiding it at the back of my hand, this centaur doesn't know he's being taken advantaged of. We finally arrived at the meeting area. I quickly got off and took my briefcase leaning against a tree stump.

I mounted Magorian once more, and we're speeding again, it's like riding a car that can go from 0 Mph to 70 Mph at once, it's fast, like riding a wind on a tropical storm. I am genuinely curious about the centaur colony, the movie doesn't showcase it. I am so super surprised when I peered into the distance, I can see high walls made of wood and stone, and a giant gate between two watch towers. WTF, aren't centaurs supposed to primitive like they're not even wearing any clothes. We got close and I immediately see two centaurs wearing clothes or specifically, armour.

The two guards guarding the gate are wearing linen armour with those hoplite helmets, short spears stuck to their wastes, a bow in one hand, and a quiver strapped on his human back. "Why don't you wear those armour?" I asked Magorian with curiosity stamped on my face. "The armour are only worn by city guards, us centaur hunters aren't privileged of such armour, only in the moments of high wars or impending invasions, we centaurs hunters will wear them."

That is some BS, during the Battle of Hogwarts, the centaurs don't even wear armour, is it because it's a battle instead of a war, this whole thing is BS. The guards recognize Magorian with a glance and opened up the giant gates for us to pass. We entered the walls, and what I saw amazed the hell out of me, the centaurs have agriculture? Stone houses? And a giant temple? What world have I entered in, this ain't Harry Potter, this is on a whole new level.

I still astonishingly stared at everything with bulging eyes, I don't realize how the citizens looked at Magorian with adoration and looked at me with expressions of disgust, chattering in the distant about, "Why is the human sitting on the chief," I'll leave to wonder. Magorian brought me to the foot of the temple, If I hadn't been in Scotland, I would've though I'm seeing Chichen Itza, a Mayan temple in Scotland, what sort of crap is that!?

"Time to get off human," Magorian looked back and I immediately got off, "Follow me," Magorian began climbing the steps of the temple, I followed closely behind him, looking around the whole town, I see a market area, a building that looks like a town hall and blacksmiths in the distance, these centaurs are hardcore, how did they build such a glorious and nice town.

Walking to the final steps towards the top of the temple, Magorian spun his head and looked at me, "Behave yourself, we are about to see the Grand Elder," what is it this time, centaurs having a town, check. centaurs having a temple, check. Now, they even have some Grand Elder, check. I followed behind Magorian, and saw the Grand Elder, Magnificent gold crown, noble aristocratic blue robes, longest beard I've ever seen, but the most noticeable thing is the extreme noble atmosphere that the Grand Elder is spewing out.

What the heck, I've seen centaurs with armour and centaurs with normal clothing at the town, but this, a centaur wearing full robes that reached to the ground covering his hooves, the centaurs is not as they seem from the outside, the movies never had anything lie this, this is like J. K. Rowling Behind the scenes in her mind.

The Grand Elder opened his eyes, black orbs meeting my eyes, his mouth quirking up to impart the words he's about to say, "Human, the Greek Gods send Their regards."
