Man in Black VS A Vampire and A Wizard

Crynn POV

The leader stared at me in silence before pulling his horse in my direction. I looked to my right, Ferrous is speeding in a flash and appeared directly in front of the leader. Hands in the air, aiming for a choke, only to hit the hard scimitar blade. Ferrous frowned before retreateing backwards towards my position.

Seeing the leader caught off guard by the sudden attack that I still hadn't the idea of how he blocked, especially the bullet. Slicing a bullet moving up to 4500 km/h or 1250 m/s is impossible. In that timely moment, I released two shots aiming at the horse, and it hit brilliantly. A bullet entering its chest and one in its eye. No need to ask, its immobilized and dead.

"How did he react so quickly, I thought vampires have super speed," I readied my stance as Ferrous changed his. "Either the human is lucky or he is not a normal human," we watched as the leader, got up from his fall, wiping the sand off his clothes and shining scimitar in the air. "It's only proper to introduce myself, I'm Ardeth Bay, the protector of these lands!"

"Very polite of you, my name is Crynn Avter, my friend's Ferrous Volturi," he smiled as his movement changed, his scimitar now guarded on his chest and his hand behind his backs. "Let's get this show started!" He had front foot on the desert and in the next moment he appeared in front of us, slashing the scimitar from left to right.

Crap! What's that speed! I reacted in time to bend myself sideways and pulling my longsword, clashing against his sword as Ferrous created a magnetic forcefield around him that also blocked the scimitar. This is a supernatural battle! No holding back this time! I stashed my gun and summoned my wand, excitement and adrenaline filled me as I shot off my first spell.

"Aer Calidus!" A strong gust of hot air was injected from my wand blowing the Ardeth off. As he held his ground against the strong winds, Ferrous charged and spinning back kicked onto Ardeth which unfortunately had time to bring his scimitar up blocking the attack and getting thrown off 10 meters away.

Landing on both legs, he stabilized himself with a shake and is his scimitar shining. Horrifyingly, he slashed multiple times in the air, discharging blades of light towards us. Ferrous pulled the sand from the ground and forming a barrier shielding us from all the flying blades. Ferrous stopped and all the sand fell back down as Ardeth looked furious.

"I'll enjoy killing you!" He moved again, front feet hitting the ground, accelerating himself at such speeds as he swung his sword. I reacted rather quickly by stepping myself to the side and casting yet another spell. "Lumos!" Such an intensity of light blinded Ardeth, swaying him to close his eyes and miss, hitting only air.

I moved away while Ferrous flew up with his telekinesis and motioned his hand above the ground. A small sea of sand flew up and down onto Ardeth, threatening to drown him alive. But I could see from the small gaps between the sand, that the battle was far from over. Ardeth has his palm faced vertically upwards as another has his scimitar straight in the middle of his body.

A gold bubble materialized all around him as Ferrous struggled to keep vibrating and pounding the bubble with the sand. Ardeth opened his eyes and a blinding yellow light smashed forwards, creating shockwaves throughout the air as all the sand got thrown off and Ferrous slammed into a nearby stone pillar.

We are between a rock and a hard place right now. Petrificus Totalus, Locomotor Mortis, Evomat! I fired three consecutive spell with three different colors all aiming to disarm him in every way possible. His eyes went wide as he unsheathed a napoleonic sabre, dual wielding it side by side with the scimitar.

Cutting down the three spells in a total of three strikes in only three seconds. In only three seconds, he has sliced all my spells in half, dissipating their magic into the air. I am speechless. I mean, I did slice up a lot of spells in the 'professors chase' but this guy, he sliced them up all with skill. I was just lucky in successfully dealing with the professors but this guy, definitely skill.

I looked around for anything that might help me, ruins and crates, crates? Crates! "Wingardium Leviosa!" I lifted up a big wooden crate and threw it at him. His eyes widened once more before making an X posture with his two swords. A shield of silver and gold erected from the ground as the crates disintegrated instantaneously.

Wingardium Leviosa! Wingardium Leviosa! Wingardium Leviosa! Another three crates went flying at him as I slowly moved backwards to my campsite. One by one, he smashed them all with a swing of his sword breaking his sweat bit by bit. Time to use my epic trump card! "Magic Overcharge!" I swirled my wand as a beam of magic shot upon Ardeth.

His eyes, now wider than ever twitched with annoyance. His swords crossed over his head forming the same shield that blocked against my crates. The magical beam made contact with the shield, splitting into hundreds and thousands of tiny individual beams that bounced off the shield and into the back.

Persisting heavily against the attack, Ardeth staggered backwards as his shield couldn't hold any longer. Crack! His eyes bulged as he cancelled the shield and rolled to the side with haste. I can see tint cracks present on his scimitar and his fury right now is not a joke. His hair fluttered as his eyes glared at me with a sign of death.

He dashed to me with his sabre slashing downwards from the air threatening to cut me in half. Just in time I gripped the golden spear and pounded it on the ground creating a black barrier that blocks me from him. He's taken aback by this sudden scenario as I felt a rush of wind and a foot kicking Ardeth's face off the air and into the sand a few meters away.

He got up rather quickly and he stared at us with wrath while rubbing his footprinted face. "About time you lost," I said with a smirk as Ferrous folded his arms with dignity and bearing.

"Beating you up will be a lot of fun!"
