Room of A Bloodbath

General POV

"Thankfully, we just need to circle around and voila! No more roof tops," Mikhail went past a generator and next to it, a door leading back into the building. Well, that's a very short-lasting roof top adventure. "So... isn't this all very uncanny," Jill said once the doors are opened, straight through is a glass corridor leading to a door and another corridor and on the left, a door.

"Let's not go there, why don't we check left," Kendo said cheekily and sneakily passed through and moved left, followed finally by Jill and Mikhail. "God! I knew there's eventually going to be a mildly comfortable room in this horrid place! Even if it had to be the archives," the one door leading to the archives, with lots of racks and lots of boxes containing lots of files stacked with paper.

The warm yellow light really changed the atmosphere from the previous cold blue LED to a bright sunny delight. "It would've been better if not for the dead man on the chair," Mikhail went up and looked over the dead man, a security guard, his head lying still on the desk and his hand gripping tightly a pistol. "Looks to be your model, ammunition's still there."

Mikhail turned to Jill and pulled out several magazines of pistol bullets from the man's strap and handed all of them to Jill. As if she hadn't got enough of her ammo, she got loads in her back sort of front pockets! "Well, that seems to be the only useful item in the room," Kendo looked a bit down after that, can't blame him, the room is nice.

"Oh look, another door down the hallway! What could be inside!! Another door! How amusing! Damn hospital architecture, doors behind doors, haven't they got enough of that," Jill, in an attempt to cheer herself up in this situation, ended up worsening her feels and brought a smile to Mikhail's and Kendo's lips.

"It looked like you'd had enough of these doors," Mikhail stepped forward to enter the other door and kicked it open, aiming his gun onto every corner of the room. "Oh boy," Mikhail suddenly turned sick green, what is in the room that could've affected him so much. "That's a horrible stench."

Jill, yet near the previous door, has no idea of the dreadful scenery within the room, total carnage. "You'd find it even more horrible standing here," Mikhail said, influencing furrowed brows from both Kendo and Jill as they entered to check things out. "I think I'm gonna be sick," Kendo made a vomiting motion and averted his eyes out of the room.

What's in the room you wonder? Take a look! It's an office, not the usual white office, it's mainly red. Blood red, decorating the walls in splatters and splashes, on the floor, numerous puddles lay unmoving and undisturbed, calm and terrifying. Both floor and wall are also riddled in huge scratches made by three claws, penetrating through the wall, constructing a hole in which you can see through to the other side.

"Wonder what could've caused this... bloodbath!" Have I mentioned about the numerous mutilated and amputated bodies of doctors and nurses on the grounds and some punctured through the wall, I haven't, have I? Any normal person would've fainted or thrown their stomach out but these three are professionals who could more or less hold themselves in.

"Poor souls," Jill breathed in and out, stepping over the puddles with huge steps between them, trying not to dirty her boots further. "What could've possible caused such deep gashes?" Mikhail traced the claw marks on the wall in deep thinking. It can't be Nemesis, it can't be these ordinary zombies, nor can it be a licker, what could it be we all wonder.

"Let's just avoid all the corpses and enter the door," Kendo made it first, directly stepping on the puddles like its any mud. He evidently doesn't care too much anymore and his entire drive fueling him at this point is his will to cure his daughter and get his arse off this damn horror hospital, on the pretense of being alive and well.

"Great news, the door's lock, we can all just skip the room!" Kendo said happily and jovially as he started to turn back to the corridor. "Whoever said we couldn't get into a locked room," Jill flashed a big smug smirk and pulled out her lockpick, earning a sad sigh from Kendo and a ready-as-hell Mikhail to directly shove a bullet into any foe's face.

Directly entering the lock with the lockpicks, Jill immediately went to work, twisting, pushing and pulling the two tools all around, in search for a 'sweet spot' where the lock could be unlocked with one simple turn. "Simply done," Jill's smug grew higher as she turned the tools right and a click sounded, affirming her success in lockpicking.

"Who knew that S.T.A.R.S are proficient thieves," Mikhail joked with a sly smile in which Jill reciprocated with a Cheshire grin of her own style. "A locker room, just the place to be," Opening the unlocked door, past that is a locker room, a weirdly small locker room, the smallest I've ever seen! It's probably only around 14 meters square in area!

"Look! A keycard for the locked room downstairs!" Jill spotted the white blue straps of a dangling card, hung by one of the hooks on the wall. "Then quickly grab it and we're out of here!" Kendo, impatient much. He should learn more on Japanese culture, disciple is virtue, patience is undying will, just some nonsense I made up that could very well make sense in the end.

"Let's not overdue our visit," after Jill had grabbed the keycard, Kendo fled out of the room in a hurried dash. Mikhail followed after in a quick walk while Jill strolled relaxingly, her expressions seemingly normal, though it has not quite reached her eye where she's displaying dismay over the floor full of blood and bodies.

She's really going to the therapist after this.
