Clearing Out the Crew Quarters

Crynn POV

Welp, in the end, there isn't a left or right as we decided to split up. Now, based on my experience watching the Scooby-Doo Gang solve their mysteries one by one without actually being together for most of the time makes me inclined to think that splitting up is both a right and a dangerous choice to follow.

There's so many things that could go wrong here but I guess we're winging it. I chose to go right then left towards the quarters and rooms which will lead to the cafeteria and kitchen on the very edge and back of this submarine, gonna be fighting chefs and one thing to pay heed to them aside from their cooking skills are their more degenerate tongues, after all, what makes Gordon Ramsey famous is the work of his mentor's sharp tongue.

Anyway, first crew quarters, good news, all's down on the ground. Second crew quarters, slightly bad news, one man is desperately trying to keep himself up as well as crawling on the floor, one hit with the back of my pistol finished the job nevertheless, oh poor him. "Jill, if I may ask, how long did you say these crews would be asleep for, again?"

"If I'm correct, then it will last, hmm... around 5 hours at best, 2 hours at worst," a long time, long enough for us to takeover this submarine. "-Why isn't any of the communications working!" I heard someone shout in the distance in frustration while banging metal was heard several times. "There must be another way to call reinforcements," another voice was heard, a lady's.

And obviously the reason no one in this submarine can contact anyone outside of this very confines of walls are because of Jill's doing in closing off every communications systems in this submarine, sat phones won't even work as a result of her interference. "Then there must be something blocking the communications, we should leave, gather the rest still up."

I carefully avoided stepping on anything as I slowly crept forwards towards the crew quarters containing the two crewmates and it's bound to be a spectacularly bad day for them. Figure I hadn't had some fun so I simply walked up in front of their room staring into their opened door while the both of them gazed back in shock.

"Hello jello (Not a typo), how ya doin'?" And with that, all hell broke loose, that's too much of a hyperbole so let's just say they got rekt. One of them instantly puled out his gun but not before I could grab his arm holding said weapon and twisted it, allowing for a painful scream and the drop of the gun. The other girl also tried to move, she actually had some sort of energy weapon as I redirected the shot elsewhere, zaps of blue appeared out of it, hitting the wall and melting a bit of it out.

"That isn't safe miss," and next, I rotated her wrist just enough to throw the energy weapon out of her hands, now we have one man and one woman, both defenseless. "Who are you?" The man seethingly asked with gritted teeth, his eyes full of hate. "No one to concern yourself with," I'm feeling rather talkative today but alas, I smacked them on the ground and collectively pulled both their gas masks up, dozing them.

"I hear trouble in your direction Crynn, anything wrong?" Calian's voice came in, I'm not surprised he could hear everything as he went literally same way as I do but opposite to me, so he's probably meters behind me walking behind me but not in my direction. "Just two crewmates over here, they're trying to establish communications but to no avail, especially when I've just showed up and put them down."

"Well then, that's goo-" Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Four gunshots, coming from both behind me and through the earpiece. Then next came a loud crash and smack as I knew that whoever got the brunt of that will suffer quite a lot. "Everything fine there? Wherever Calian is, I have no visible view of it from any camera," Jill's worried tone came in, I'm anxious as well.

"Almost, almost, almost got shot 4 times in a row, I, we, need to pay more attention. thank God I acted fast enough once that black muzzle appeared behind some bed sheets. Though I might not say the same for this man, I just used considerable strength to put a punch into this man's chest, might have a few ribs broken by the sounds of it," unlucky fella, but, "It's good you're fine," Aria said after that.

"So, V, Aria, anything over there?" I continued my search through the quarters one by one, sweeping clean of anything threat worthy but so far, it's going fine. "Just a few here and there though it's extremely easy to take care of. They've got no coordination whatsoever, panicking their brains out which is one of the points that shouldn't be done in the middle of a bad situation," I agree with V, everyone must learn to be calm, whether under the anger of a mother or a bank robbery.

"So, on my part, everything's been going as peacefully as you could imagine. Every single living thing I've encountered aren't conscious so this has been a walk in the park for me," Aria, ever the lucky gal. Rrrrrr... Out of nowhere, I heard something roll across the ground, something round, and something... Grenade!

I did the only thing feasible enough for me to do in my mind, I kicked that rolling ball of grenade back to wherever it came from as I took cover by running into one of the quarters. BOOM!!! AAAHHH... F*cking Hell! Who authorizes that explosives can be brought into an underwater vessel! Because one small shrapnel can cause a massive leak and destruction of this submarine, something we don't want occurring.

Though whoever threw it is probably dead or seriously injured judging by the ghastly scream. "Ehm... Can anyone tell me what that was?"
