Absorb the Apocalypse

Story was going well until about ch 12 when the author decided to make the MC a complete idiot and fumbling coward towards women.😕😕😕😕😕

Okay, well.... I'm certainly wouldn't read it further. But I try to be more objective. Writing is alright. Idea and world pretty interesting. Tone of story is all over the place. If in the beginning, it's seems to be a serious and gruesome story, later there are a lot of inappropriate jokes. Very disturbing jokes, BTW. Characters don't seem realistic or even remotely in coherence with how world turns out. If at start it have strong vibes of serious survival story, now It's feel like trashy isekai. And yes, we come to a worst part mc. Same with isekai stories, actually. MC is loser, like a huge one. Living in hursh environment and being on a lowest place of food chain, doesn't make any difference. He is naive, idiotic, and kind(of course kind!). The most disturbing things, most of the jokes comes from how pathetic he is, and how much of femdom lover he is. Dude is cuck. Like lowest of low. And seems like it's going to be a running theme for this story, so I'm out. I'm not going to deal with that.

The main characters name is great absolutely no bias honest review. The good news is the plot is also great. The meta-human system is outlined in detail in the first few chapters, and they world has a really well grounded military feel. it's nice and clean to read. If you are here just for the action it takes a few chapters to get going but don't worry, it gets there and the getting's good.

This book is amazing so far. Can't wait to see what the author does in the end. Keeping us on the edge of our reading chairs. If you haven't read this yet. Check it out. I give it a 10/10

I've only read 15 chapters but Absorb the Apocalypse has been a pretty nice read so far. The writing quality is good, chapter updates are daily, and the story is interesting. Keep it up! :)

I have only read 19 chapters so far so I will only talk on what I have read. The world building is pretty good, no noticeable grammatical error, and the author updates pretty frequently. It's major flaw is character development, most of the girls seem pretty shallow and the MC just trusts them too easily to the extent he just explains his powers to girls he just met and learnt of their names few minutes ago. This is meant to be an apocalyptic novel with the MC having escaped from his hometown and even served in the army u expect him to be more mature. Then let's go to the story development, I feel it's moving a bit too fast. I prefer an MC that gradually gets overpowered after going through some challenges.

So far the story is good and i was pleadantly entertained by it. The grammar is ok and the side characters are interesting. Keep up the great work author !

Good novel one of the best super novel have read so far but narrative more clear clear names pretty good I think it shoud air more than one chapter per day but overall pretty I want more chapters daily😄😄

A really nice book it has good plot and it also has good character depiction. The plot is not overly stretched and plot development is quiet satisfying. Those steamy hot sex scenes of MC are quiet arousing. Over all it is a book which i was looking for. If Author can please update more chapters in a week.

Author here! I will give a point blank review of my story so far. Based on feedback I have received so far, the tone of my story is indeed all over the place. I believe this is because I tried to incorporate comedy into my novel which does not match an apocalyptic setting. I honestly did not understand the importance of keeping tone consistent throughout a story and you will find serious tonal shifts in episode 12+. I have realized that tonal shifts are a great disservice to the reader. For that, I sincerely apologize. Unfortunately, the cat is already out of the bag, as they say. A part of me wanted to start over with a consistent tone, but it seems I have readers who have stuck it out with me till 30+ chapters. I will try my best to fix mistakes already made. Also, I have realized that my MC is not a dominating character, but rather more along the isekai archetype. There are also elements of femdom. As you can see, I certainly have my work cut out for me going forward. As always, please give feedback on how I can improve the story going forward! I bow my head in thanks to those readers who have had a hand in guiding me to be a better author.

Good story but author need to back off the garden a little geez involving rape and throwing the girls on his dick almost literally..........
