Gathering

It is now the next day. I am currently waiting for the arrival of the generals from our allies. I sent the same messengers to the towns to guide them here in the Crimson Village. I am expecting their arrival time to be before noon so that we can eat lunch. I specifically sent Kirth earlier to Baugan since it is the farthest. I know it took us almost two days of travel but since they will not bring any cargo with them and also they are only a few, it will only take them at most 5 hours.

The first to arrive was of course the Elves from Norman. I welcomed Bren with his 5 other guards.

"Your village has become better than it was before Wreck!"

"Of course, we are continuing to improving our lives here. Exel! Lead Bren and his team to the meeting area."

Exel and Bren now left. After about 45, minutes, the Orcs has arrived lead by Gald and his 7 other warriors riding horses. Bubba and Craig were of course flying above them.

"Welcome to our Village Gald! Welcome also here orcs. I hope you all feel at home while you are here."

"This is an amazing Wreck! This is the best Village that I have ever gone to! You have great buildings and defenses! On top of that, you live here in the Crimson Woods!"

The others were also amazed. If I were also them I would be also amazed but I believe that there are better cities in other parts of the world.

"Thank You! Craig! Bubba! Lead our guests to the meeting area and you two can now rest before the meeting starts. Gald, you can meet our other allies which are the elves there."

Gald then bid his farewell and they all then left. And after an hour of waiting outside, the final guests have arrived. The Minotaurs have arrived riding also their Horses. Kirth and Noar were hovering above them. The group is lead by a teenage minotaur which I believe is named Poel.

"Greetings Sir. Since you are a human, I would believe that you are Sir Wreck." The young minotaur who looks like he is younger than Kirth but is very well-mannered.

"Ahh yes, I am. Are you Poel?"

"Indeed Sir Wreck. My name is Poel and I am the adopted son of the Mayor of the Town of Baugan. I am also the Assistant Head of Military of Baugan next to my father. Please take care of us."

"Of course."

He really is a well-mannered boy. He is smaller than me but he gives a lot of mature vibes in him at such a young age. He will be a fine leader for Baugan in the future.

"Now that you minotaurs have arrived, let me lead you towards the meeting area so we can have our lunch before the proper meeting."

We all then went to the meeting area where all guests are seated. I ordered Lisha to bring the food to our guests. The cuisine that we are going to eat today includes Pizza, Well-cooked steak, Curry, Meatballs, and many more dishes that were of course my idea. The guests were all mesmerized with the food.

"You sure have a lot of good dishes here Wreck," Bren said.

"This is so tasty Wreck!!!!!!!! I never knew you have these amazing dishes in your place!!!!!!!!!" Gald shouted.

"Indeed. Your village presents very well diverse dishes that I have never seen before and the taste is phenomenal." Poel complimented calmly.

"Thanks. It was all my idea but the one who cooks is my cooking squad led by Lisha."

I really could identify their personalities by the way they eat and speak. Bren is like an average guy that likes good food. He is like the most average guy here.

Poel is the most composed of the bunch. He is so well-mannered and he is like that guy who never gets mad but also rarely smiles. He complements with a straight face. He is also well-informed and is good with the words.

Meanwhile, Gald is the exact opposite of Poel. He is the loudest and rowdiest of the bunch. He eats loudly. He is the type of guy that is happy with something he really likes but he gets really mad about something he does not like. He is the most extreme here. This group of people is all so different. If I rank them in terms of fighting prowess, the strongest is probably Gald. I still do not know about Poel's abilities but he seems like a strategic guy rather than punch first think later Gald. Bren is very weak tho. He can't even beat a bear but his prowess is charisma as a leader for the elves and his instincts as a commander is also great but for fighting, he is not it.

Now that we are done with lunch, all of the generals are gathered here in the meeting room with the council. The guards of the generals were not allowed to come in.

"Now that lunch is done. Let us start our discussion for today."

They all stare at me quietly so I just continued.

"As we all know, my goal for this Unification Initiative is to unify every independent state here in the mudlands, and so far we are successful. We have 4 out of 5 here in this building. Since we have the majority, we can just officially start the Union now and sign the documents!"

They all wondered what I was saying so I just continued.

"But! I am not going to do that since not all of the leaders are here and also my goal was to start the union as 5, not 4 states. Now you might be wondering, why did I summon all the generals of each town?"

"I know! Since we are going to start a war with the Ogres!" Gald said confidently.

"Wrong. I summoned all of you here since I need your leadership and your men to march towards the lands of the ogres with me."

"What makes that different from war?" Bren asked.

"The difference is that we are not going to declare war. Also, the fact that the use of our military is only for the ogres to see that all of us have united and convince them to join our side."

"That is basically intimidating or pressuring them," Poel commented.

"Well, it may seem like that but I prefer not to describe it as intimidating. Are you not going to agree with this plan Poel?"

"No. I like the plan. We can gain strong allies without shedding any blood. The problem is what if it fails?"

"What do you mean fails?"

"What if the ogres do not care and just launch an all-out war to us? That will cost you a lot of lives which you have promised you won't."

This kid really is smart. I guess I have no choice but to reveal my fairy card.

"I am going to use my final trump card."

"What is it?"

"You may know that this is my wife. She is named Laur, but do you know her race?" I asked while bringing Laur to the front with me.

"Is she not a human-like you?" Gald said.

"Is their a human capable of flight Gald?"

"Oh yeah, she flew in our town. But she has no wings right now. What are you then lady?"

Laur's POV

The young minotaur now has cornered Wreck into revealing what his hidden card is. I am also very interested in knowing what that fairy card is.

Suddenly Wreck brought me to the front while asking the Generals what my race is. The orc said I am human but Wreck said it was wrong. Now I am seeing what Wreck's plan is. The orc then asked me what my race is so I replied.

"I am a fairy. The protectors of the Crimson Forest."

The two generals except for Bren then bowed down.

"Forgive me for my insolence madame." The loud Orc said respectfully.

"I am honored with your presence here madame fairy." The young minotaur said.

"Everyone please stand up. I am just Wreck's Wife here in our village. They all then stood up and sat back to their seats. Wreck is smiling right now.

"Do you understand my plan now young Poel?"

"Of course. You really are a very clever and well-prepared individual sir Wreck."

"Now that everyone is informed we can now end this meeting and enact our plan tomorrow."

"Yes Sir!"

Meanwhile, the council still does not understand what Wreck's fairy plan is. Maybe it is because they have been with me for a long time now.

Wreck's POV

It is now the day of the attack. The day of the union. I gathered all of our troops except for the Iman Squad. Before we leave, I am going to give a short speech.

"Everyone! Today is the day! We are going to unite this land! Remember that we are doing this for peace in our lives! I hope that you follow my leadership and I hope you trust me! Now let's ROLL!!!!!!!"

"YES SIR!"
