BloodBorn
Seth Ryall, the last noble son of a fallen royal house, sets out on a quest to save his sister after she is kidnapped by the dastardly blood mages of the Vrapahen kingdom.
Through the help of a mysterious system, he levels up and gains magic and power, all the while in pursuit of his sister and the blood mage that captured her. He faces off against sentient monsters, dragonkin, magic remnants, holy knights, vampires, and even celestials (of course, that is much much later down the line.)
This story follows his creeping descent into madness, as he betrays his religion, morals, and even his friends.
A couple of things before we get into the story proper. This is my first swing at this, and I'm not going to lie, I'm nervous. I appreciate honest reviews and will always look forward to your constructive criticisms.
I want to stress that our mc starts out pretty weak, and the system he gets doesn't make him op. He will become op eventually, but it will take time. And so will this novel.

Great writing! It feels comparable to some of the paperback novels I read in the past. (Nowadays I'm just a web novel junkie.) The characters are filled with urgency from the get-go and with character. The setting is also well described and paints a clear picture in my mind. Adding this to my library, and will catch up later when more chapters are in =D

I was looking for something like this. Great plot, amazing gore sequences and a well paced action. The story development is excellent. Your novel will be a banger in the future.

shameless author review, but with a twist. I do think this novel is awesome and it's not just because I wrote it. With what I have planned for my characters, I know you'll enjoy it as much as I do. Though much hasn't been revealed yet, I can tell you its based in an expansive world with unique powers and interesting characters.
The story is very interesting and you are on a good track. I enjoy your dialogue and descriptions, it gives a good imagery. You have a few grammar mistakes and in your first chapter, you accidentally put one paragraph in first person instead of third. Other than that, your story is good, keep up the good work!

I'm very impressed by the plot development. Right from the first chapter, I was caught in a conflict and i didn't know who to root for. But as I read on, I still don't know! it's a story filled with plot twists, powerful mages, sneaky characters and an immersive writing style.
