Kaminari's Twin; Izumi

Izumi has had trouble controlling her quirk since it first manifested, and has been in and out of hospitals since she was a kid, and now she is given a golden opportunity from the LoV, without knowing its them, to train and harness her quirk.

I do not own My hero academia or any of it's characters. I am not trying to take credit for the characters, and I changed the story a bit so you aren't reading the same thing twice. I would recommend you watch the anime and/or read the manga, it's really good. I am only taking credit for the modifications to the story, along with the character Izumi, other than that nothing belongs to me and I'm not trying to take credit for them.
