Everything in this book is 100% non-fiction, and has happened during my life at some point. You will be going into a deep dive on what it is like for many people that have PTSD. I am writing this book with the intent to potentially help others, and to show that no one is alone in their mental journey and struggles. So come join me in diving Inside the Mind of PTSD.
