Ryan a man from the modern world was killed in a gangster shoot out reincarnated in a World of Fantasy and Cultivation. But the thing was that he was reincarnated in the body of the first prince Rein, son of the Mighty king of Storm Nation who was assassinated due to mysterious circumstances.
