In a universe where organizations exist in order to control certain pathways in life, advanced technologies exist as well. “The System” is one of such technologies. A technology with not publicly known origins, but with massive benefits. Two humans get the said system. One of them becomes fated to view the world endlessly, while another becomes fated to desire what they’ve yet to acquire.
