Hidden Fantasy-A Werewolf's Obsession

Chapter 15-Alessia

I reluctantly stood up from the couch and began making my way up the oak stairs, just as Aiden began bringing everyone inside. Fortunately, he was so preoccupied with everyone coming to the house that he didn't even have time to stop me. I entered his room and began slowly packing my belongings in order to leave before anyone noticed. Then, once everything was packed, I had to look for my coat, which I couldn't find anywhere. I looked under the bed, in the large wardrobe, and even in the drawers. I put on my bag and tied my hair in a neat ponytail as soon as I finished searching. Then I approached the door, my hand on the handle, but just as I opened it, Aiden appeared in front of me.

"Are you leaving?" As he walked in, he asked, a sombre expression on his face.

"Yeah," I said, my face turned away from him.

"Thank you very much." "I appreciate how you took care of me," I said as I walked out the door, but Aiden cut me off halfway near the stairs.

"Something is bothering you," He said with his lapis eyes overflowing with concern. All I could do was continue walking whilst still concealing my emotions. Aiden appeared in front of me again, blocking my path down the staircase, and my heart started pounding so loudly that I was sure he could hear it.

"Can you tell me what's wrong?" If you are grateful for me aiding you tell me" He shouted hoping to find an answer. Finally, I couldn't take it any longer. I grabbed Aiden's t-shirt and led him into his room, slamming the door behind me.

"The reason I..." I mumbled, my hand pressed against the door, as I exhaled heavily.

"The reason I...Have to leave is because I'm a Hunter," I told truthfully. Aiden rushed towards me, his face expressionless.

"What exactly do you mean?" With his hand on my shoulder, he roared.

"I'm the Hunter, who is destined to kill you!" I roared as I pushed his arm aside and punched him in the stomach, sending him flying backwards and smashing into the counter.

"I have to leave," I yelled as I opened the door, but Aiden called back and slammed the door shut, slamming me on the wardrobe, injuring my shoulder. He then tried to grab me, but I pushed him away and kicked him in the thigh. We continued fighting furiously as Aiden's eyes began to glow viciously. Someone entered the room just as Aiden had me in the centre of the room with his hand on my neck.

We were both breathing heavily, and our eyes remained fixed on each other throughout.

"Um...guys, you have to come down now that the party has started," Olivia said, her face shocked as she scanned the room, looking at everything destroyed. She then giggled so hard that I thought she was going to drop dead.

"Just come wherever you guys are finished," she said, closing the door while still laughing in the hallway. During that time, my gaze was fixed on Aiden's, which was gradually returning to its normal colour.

"Tell me the truth," Aiden said, his face motionless.

"What I said before is correct. I'm a member of the Aldine Hunters. "I was born to kill you, Aiden, but even now, when you're right in front of me, I can't," I admitted, my eyes slowly falling to the ground. Aiden then placed his hand on my face, filling my stomach with butterflies.

"Then don't," he said, his gaze fixed on me. All I could do was try not to scream yes, but I didn't say anything.

"Stay the night" "At the very least, you owe me that," Aiden replied.

"Yes," I replied immediately as I drew Aiden aside and walked towards the wardrobe to put my bag away. Then it hit me like a tonne of bricks. I didn't have anything to wear to the party. I turned to see Aiden selecting a black tuxedo from the wardrobe.

"I have nothing to wear, Aiden," I admitted as I looked down at the clothes I was wearing, which were unexpectable. Aiden suddenly smiled and went to the closet to get something.

"I already had a plan," he said, holding a lovely gown.
