CHEAT POTION.

Ella lay down on the bed staring at the ceiling. Trent's words kept echoing in her ears. "I knew about it." She kept rolling on the bed, what happened, who was her father investigating? Ella got off of the bed, went into the walk-in closet and carried a black hoodie, and rushed out of the room. On her way out, she saw a lot of expensive cars driving out of the palace. She used the hood of the jacket to cover her head as she walked down the side lane.

A car horned making Ella flinch, the car drove closer. Ella turned in the direction of the car, even with the hoodie, the cold wind sipped into it making her shiver. The car window rolled down. Ella's eyes widened.  "Mr. Courtois." The handsome young man's lips pulled into a seductive smile.

"Where are you going at this hour? El." He asked her. "I am going home, Mr. Courtois, and my name are Ella, not EL." She said with a smile. Courtois smiled back at her. "hop in."  He said Ella opened the passenger door and sat next to him before closing the door.

"You must be Ariella Patterson." Ella turned around and saw a beautiful woman seating in the back seat, Ella felt couldn't stop staring at the beautiful lady whose dress has a long and wide straight neckline, exposing a lot of cleavages.

"She is my older sister," Courtois said to her, Ella looked at him and then at her. "Yes, I am." I am Nadiyah," The lady smiled, her smile was as beautiful as a radiant flower whilst she stretched her hand out. "It is nice to meet you, Miss Nadiyah." Ella stretched her and they both shook  hands.

"I do not mean to be rude, but why are you leaving the palace, at this hour without Trent?" Ella bit her lips, and Courtois noticed that Ella was not uncomfortable with the question. "Nadiyah, stop asking her stupid questions."

"I just wanted to know." The siblings argued for a while before the car went silent. Ella could not take the uncomfortable silence and started to pray to reach home soon.

In the palace's secret room, all the Elders had arrived, and are seating majestically on their seats, each of them exuding a powerful aura.

Trent tapped his middle finger on the beautiful wooden round table as he impatiently waited for the king to speak. Cyrus was seating next to his old man who continued to shower him with praises.

"The meeting shall now commence." The king's right-hand man announced and the room went quiet. "Where is Romulus?" the king asked. "Romulus had to take care of a small task."

Elder Alfric replied the king nodded his head before clearing his throat. "I am sure that all of you who were not present at the palace, heard of the attack that took place this evening!"  the Elders nodded, while some of them gritted their teeth in anger. "Your majesty, I promise you, I will teach all the werewolves a lesson, as an elder, a Lycan alpha, and the Alpha of all alphas. The huge man with long brown hair placed his right arm across his chest as he spoke to the king.

Trent lazily lifted his eyes to look at the man, his head was resting on his knuckles, supported by the table.

"Elder Collins, the werewolves that attacked the palace, were all under control." Augustus calmly said surprising the other Elders, except for Elder Qing who kept a stoic expression.

"But they are all sane, I even converse with one of them." An elder with light green hair, who looked nothing less than a Ten-year-old boy. "I also thought so, myself, then I began to wonder why the werewolves would want to attack us." Augustus' voiced out.

In a beautiful-looking living room, Lady Amorah was dressed in a green straight gown with puffy hands. she was seated on a large puffy ivory blue chair with a golden armrest. A maid walked over with an expensive bottle of Champaign and a cylindrical glass cup on a silver tray, the lady placed the tray on an ancient-looking golden table, that was in front of Lady Amorah. She filled her glass with the sparkly red wine and placed it in her hand. Before she slightly bowed her head and retreated from the room.

Mili walked into the room and sat next to Lady Amorah's feet.

"My lady your plan was flawless, not only would the vampires and werewolves go to war, you were able to get the cheat code." Mili's eyes shun with excitement.

"the moon lilies worked like magic but Augustus is not stupid, he would not let the vampires attack the werewolves, and he already knows, my dear." Her lips pulled into a sinister smile as she sipped her wine. Milli looked confused.

"I felt the gate to the flower dimension open." Augustus's hands tightened as he spoke. "How is that possible, the only person, who can open the gate is Gaterial herself." An elder with dark amber eyes said. "And she cannot open it with her master's permission." Another elder added.

"Did Gaterial betray our king?" the child-looking elder asked calmly but his eyes were filled with rage. "I thought so at first, I heard Trent question her. The elders turned in the direction of the bored young man whose aura was scary the elders have been trying their best to ignore it. "It wasn't her doing." They all trust Trent since they knew of his ability to detect a lie.

"How can you be so sure?" Cyrus who was not aware of the ability asked. Trent's cold eyes swept over his face making his heart beat faster in fear. He remembered what happened earlier today and gulped the spit in his throat. "I can detect a lie, how do you not know about it?" Trent furrowed his brows. Cyrus heard about it but he chose to ignore it. "I thought it was just a rumor to hype your reputation." He cleared his throat due to embarrassment.

"So, who apart from her, can open the gate?" Joel asked.  "Haven't you all noticed that apart from Romulus another elder is missing." The other elders started murmuring. Trent sighed before looking at his watch.

Back at Lady, Amorah's residence a man in his mid-forties walked in. His purple hair glistened under the mini chandelier hung on the ceiling. He slightly bowed his head before raising it to look and the mesmerizing beauty in front of him. "I am now the king's number one suspect, I can't be at the meeting. My lady." His silky voice echoed through the room. "Then I must apologize to you, Ryan." She gave him a sad look.

"Please have a sit elder Ryan." She pointed at the seat facing her, Ryan nodded his head before taking the seat, and Lady Amorah signal Milli to serve him wine. Milli quickly stood up and served him the wine. "So, what is the next step of your plan." He collected the cylindrical glass containing the red wine, with a heartfelt smile. Milli blushed involuntarily and adjusted her large glasses before moving back. "Nothing much, I am just planning on visiting my son, it has been so long since we saw each other." She smiled to herself as she continued to sip her wine.

"You can stop the car here!" Ella blurted. The car came to an abrupt halt. Courtois frowned at her, she quickly stepped down thank the siblings, and ran off before he could even reprimand her. "Do you think they fought?" Nadiyah's eyes glistened with curiosity. "Stop dreaming is, you will never get a chance with him." Nadiyah's face contorted in anger. "But if there's trouble in paradise, then I also want to know." His lips pulled into a mischievous smile.

"Are you sure about what you just said elder Aurelia?" The king's eyes widened in surprise as he asked. "Yes, your majesty, I am sure." Aurelia bowed her head as she spoke to him.

"So the house of justice is infested with shapeshifters." Elder Qing murmured to himself. "Then why don't we fish them out." Elder Ethan, the child-looking elder, said to the others. "wait, what if there are soul shifters among us." Elder Hiro said, his voice calm and soothing to the ear.

"You don't need to worry about that I spread the devil ash at the entrance before you all stepped in, if there was a shapeshifter among us, that person would be exposed." Acher finally spoke. The Elders nodded their heads as they proudly looked at him.

"Since we can not trust our agents at the organization anymore, what do we do?" The huge elder with dark amber eyes asked. And the rest agreed with him.

Ella rushed into the house, she closed the door before running towards Rose's room.

"Rose I need….." Ella's eyes went wide so did the butt-naked Chen.

"Ahhhhhhhh!!!." Ella screamed and rushed out of the room, she ran down the flight of stairs, just as her hand touched the handle of the door that leads out of the house. Her body went completely stiff when she heard a familiar voice.

"Ella dear," Ellis called again. Ella slowly turned around.

"come hug your big sister, my dear El."
