Asahi Fenikkusu ( Nikku ) was reborn as the Phoenix Hashira. She lives in 20th century Tokyo where she fights alongside the other hashira. Asahi goes to a private academy with the other hashira. Not only that but demons disguised as humans now attend her school. Now Nikku and the other Hashira must not only keep a low profile but also make sure the demons do not harm any of the students . During sunlight she is merely a student but when night comes and the demons come out to play she reigns supreme. Not only has Nikku evolved, but the demons have too. But when she meets the demon in charge she finds that she can't ignore his Incubus Charm. What can Nikku do in the midst of all this Chao's. She must find out if the demons she fell in love with is still loyal to her.
