137 - Birth of the Commandments 4 (The First commandments).

One thing Erizos knew more than anyone else was how monsters were created. Mostly due to neglect and abandonment. He wasn't eager to go down that line. Especially with an entity that controls anger. That was playing with fire. Literally it seems.

One by one the gods ripped out a piece of their emotions and handed them over to the All-father.

And in their presence he forged powers, powers to dominate and feed off the emotions of mortals while countering the effects of the others.

Before everyone, he pulled out the First flame. The half of the greater fire that had been fueled by Pyrkam's rage.

Before their eyes he let it go and all watched it as it shivered for a moment. A rulerune spun within it before shattering. The flame made a relieving dance shot and grabbed at Erizos face with a hug before shooting over to Velces dropping into his thighs.

'Maybe it's not so bad after all '

'It's just like a pet'.

'I want one'.

These were the thoughts of the various watching gods and Erizos just smiled. Before their eyes, he began forging the emotions into commandments.

In descending order he made them.

With Taumune he forged Happiness, from Calharra he found fear which worried him yet was understandable for a death goddess. Though an underlying emotion was expectation. Noctis had Sadness which was equally shocking and made him pause as he gazed at the night elf.

'It seems I have to hurry up and give him something to focus on. Is this what it feels like to have a depressed child.'. Erizos grumbled.

Hangiram gave out disgust which just perplexed the man while from Hanare there was Calm and Contempt which had Erizos rolling his eyes. Sure the first was good for negating Velces rage but the second was not so much. Quintapazzuri was Surprise and Inspiration which wasn't very shocking.

Pyrkam was Pride which made Erizos nod, anything else from a dragon would be weird.

Eth'ela gave off a weird emotion that had Erizos freezing. Entwined within one emotion were love, joy, and ecstasy yet another emotion to negate Velces. While finally was Amor who he got Passion and Thrill from.

'Yeah. For anime' he chuckled.

"And that's it from the first commandments" he announced ignoring everyone's inquisitive gazes at his and their mother's emotions.

"Tell them" Gerasmine smiled with a warning eye.

"She's. Piece and Sympathy. I'm Triumph and well, Awe". He coughed a bit before splitting the various emotions in two.

Each emotion came in form of an element or form of matter. So ripping it apart wasn't an issue. The half slowly grew sentient before bounding to their respective gods while the other half in his grasp vanished.

" Erizos!"

The goddess who called him gave a raised brow which the four eyes ignored as he looked at the two standing side by side with enough space to stick a mountain.

"TAUMUNE AND PYRKAM. YOU BOTH HAVE COMMITTED GRIEVOUS CRIMES IN YOUR BOUTS OF IRRATIONALITY".

The thunder boomed around them sounding like it came from everywhere. Lightning flashed within the palace and the two shivered.

"Pyrkam. Your love for the dragons pleased me. You'll make a perfect god for them. But try to be less intrusive. They're mortals. They'll die. Controlling their every action makes you look like a puppeteer and less like a god. You've been doing well. But attacking Nuknuk when you knew what he was is a black mark on your page"

Going on Erizos explained to the dragon why Taumune had to interfere and slowly rhe dragon nodded understanding. Why he understood he still felt wronged since she had attacked his realm breaking an unofficial rule.

"Taumune, your reasons, and reactions were just. But, you made the error of sending an attack into your brother's realm."

In the end, Erizos had to put a clause on each of their ability. Taumune could never enter into the realms of the Godchains or higher gods without permission except for the God realm. Pyrkam's rule breaker would fizzle out if he tried using it to do the same thing.

"Now. While that does nothing to quench your blood taste over one another I won't have Merrenok destroyed by you two ".

With a snap of his finger, the gods watched horrified as both Pyrkam and Taumune sunk into the ground.

" Where you are going is a realm I recently made. Its time discrepancy is a little faster than the other realms. While a whole month shall pass there here it will be at most a week." he shrugged.

Erizos made a wave of his hands again and then snapped his fingers. A hazy Rulerune appeared above their heads before turning into blobs of energy and shooting into each god's head.

"You have received a drop of creative energy. It is not the real thing. Just a simulation. In there everything counts. Even your deaths". With the last statement, both vanished from the God realm.

Everyone shouted out surprised that Erizos would have them kill the other. Gerasmine was already brimming with anger as she stood to shout at the god yet his left eye locking with hers sent a shiver that stilled her and made her seat back.

"If they kill each other then I was wrong to trust their familial bond". he shrugged. Before he pointed to a screen on the wall.

" You can watch them from here" All the gods made their way over to view the duel between the Godchain and the Deific tree.

"Noctis, son. " the night elf stilled as his name was mentioned. Turning he looked at his huge father who smiled at him before making a follow-me gesture.

Gerasmine sat her eyes following both men worriedly before shaking her head. "He'll be safe, no one can keep him safer than Erizos anyway. " Her eyes went to the screen showing a world that looked surprisingly like Mondo yet with different features.

"Those two had better not fail this test". Unlike the rest, she knew the truth of the new realm Erizos made.

A prison for gods and for things that were very not welcome. But he made it with a catch. Killing a god within the realm sapped away points in their divinity and stored them in a Rulerune.

Meaning a god could keep getting weaker and weaker within the realm before hitting rock bottom. Dying once more would send you to the second pit. Where you'd be locked in solitary confinement without any guests or any way to gain divinity.

"He really went all out on Tornheim".
