*Pitter-Patter*

Heavy rain continued to fall on the silent train. A small private room in the train was filled with chunks of cleanly cut tiny metallic blocks. These blocks slowly moved close to each other and merged into a man.

'What happened? I can finally move.' Clay was confused about what happened as he looked around his room. 'Arby you there? What happened? Did I fall asleep?'

'My lord you used {Conversion} to turn your body into the same material as your bag's zipper and that saved your life. The criminal had used his powers on everyone on the train so after his death his power attacked everyone who was tagged. That includes you.' Explained Arby.

'That man from the military sacrificed everyone on this train to kill that criminal.' Clay was baffled. Since childhood, he had always looked up to the military as they were the reason why the human race could survive the Gierrier's attacks and now he almost died because of their actions.

Clay looked at the door. He knew what would be on the other side. He gently placed his hand on the door handle and slowly opened the door.

*Whoosh*

The strong smell of blood filled his nose just by breathing he could taste the iron. Clay slowly walked out of his compartment. As he was in the business class compartment all the seats next to him were like his, a private compartment but that wasn't enough to stop the smell or the blood flowing out of the door crack. Seeing the blood he got chills. If he had not used {Conversion} he would be just like his neighbors.

Clay's body was feeling very weak seeing and smelling such things. During his time at school, his teachers showed the students the outcome of beasts breaking into cities or Gierriers destroying human planets but none of that could have prepared him for this scene.

Arby sensing Clay's weakness transformed one of his body sets. Which was a sword into a battle staff. The battle staff was taller than Clay and also had weighted meatier ends so it served as a support pillar for him. 'My lord we should leave the train. The military should be on the way. We can wait outside for them to arrive.' Said a worried Arby.

'Yea let's go.' Clay walked steadily towards the end of the carriage to exit using the connecting door. There was a glass door beside it that separated the business class and the economy class. Through the glass, he could see chunks of human bodies everywhere. It looked like all the bodies crumbled and were torn into pieces. But the edges of the cut meat were super clean.

This sight overwhelmed Clay and he almost fell to his knees but with Arby as support, he managed to stand straight. 'Don't want my pant to get drenched now, do we.' Chuckled Clay feeling like everything he was experiencing was just a dream. 'let's go back and climb out the window.' Advised Arby.

"Good idea." Clay walked back to his room and used the battle staff to break the window. He then weakly climbed out the window onto a wet grassy field. The rain had lightened up by now. From the corner of his eyes, he saw a body lying face down. Thinking it might be another survivor Clay ran up to the body. "Mister are you ok. " seeing that the man wasn't moving Clay turned his body around. The man had a black mask with giant crimson tusks.

'My lord this mask belongs to the 'Blood Daemons' they are a cult following the blood dimension. He must be an external member as his blessing doesn't seem related to blood.' Arby informed Clay.

'He killed hundreds of people and also almost killed me.' Clay took deep breaths in. 'The military didn't even try to save the people... Well, I guess I can't be sure about that.'

*Broom**Broom*

Tens of cars raced down the railroad coming towards Clay. After coming nearby a tall lady walked out of the hovercar.

"Hey kid you a survivor?" Asked the tall lady.

"Yea" replied Clay.

"That must have been a scary experience. Sorry for my boss's action. Come with us we will inform your parents and also discuss compensation for this event."

"I will come but don't inform my parents. I am 18 so there is no need." Clay didn't trust them so he asked Arby to record all the events that were happening.

Clay got into one of their cars with the tall female who told him what happened.

The woman introduced herself as the Colonel of the Fennec, Farah Winston. The highest authority in Fennec.

She said as she and her team were chasing after a wounded high-ranking member of the Blood Daemons who had stolen important info about planet Fennec. They informed the Federation and asked for help as they were unsure if they could catch him. To their surprise, the Federation sent military general Bruce Steinfeld also known as the Starlight's Blade. Which all led to the death of hundreds.

"You must think he is evil for sacrificing so many people," Asked Farah while looking out the window.

"No, I don't. I understand it was just a sad side effect... But that doesn't mean I am not angry. If not for my ability I would have died."

"I am happy to hear you understand and don't worry we will compensate you fairly for this traumatic event."

As they reached the base Clay could see high metallics walls. The walls had weird designs etched on them.

"These are illusionary walls, they make it impossible for any ability to see past them. Even if you fly from above you can't see anything inside. Illusion is the most mysterious power in existence so these walls are very precious." Boasted Farah.

"I have heard that there is a huge debate on wherever there is an Illusion dimension out there."

"It's a very interesting debate. Some say that if there is a dimension like that we will never find its gate." Chuckled Farah.
