It feels like wish fulfillment, like "it would be great if this happened" and then you go and write without considering the plot.
Nothing is understood about the events, everything happens too fast.
Your character doesn't question anything, he accepts practically everything as soon as he is reborn, there is no emotional transition or anything (You see Naruto and go after him, without considering the dangers of the world in which you are).
There is no clarity in the dialogues and it is not understood who is speaking (paragraphs? points? stanzas? etc.)
You do not take into account that it is the ninja world, therefore going to live with Naruto in chapter 1 is not very credible, being that he is the bearer of kurama.
You need to edit chapters.
