Empire's Fiend

People of the empire live in comfort as those in villages feared for their lives. Fiends hunts living creature to fill their hunger and humans satisfy their hunger the most. In a world ruled by talent and wealth any of the poor or criminals will be thrown out the wall where the fiends reside. Fiends only appeared in their empire recently and their origin are completely unknown.
