I have been reading this at qq and it's really good. The only thing holding it back from reaching others is probably the low chapters.

This is the best Pokemon story out right now I Love the characters and the world building and it actually expands more on battle tactics not just shouting the move out and hoping it hit

Pretty much one of the hidden gems of pokemon fanfics, I'm really glad I found this, like one of the reviews said I think the only thing holding this fic back is the low number of chapters, but it more than makes for it with the length of them imo. So give it a try, I assure you it's worth it.

Honestly one of the best pokemon fanfics I've read in a long time. Looking forward to more. Hoping for some romance when he gets a little older and then it would be the perfect fanfic for me:)

This could become such a good pokemon story, but sadly the author's brain is somewhat funny and by that I mean twisted. The interactions between the MC and his pokemon or friendly trainers are great but anytime the author has to set up a battle or conflict everything becomes super cringe and gay.

I always liked using the 1st normal pokemon you'll encounter in every series.I'll re-rate this after reading more chapters

This book is actually incredible, one of my favourite pokemon fics. It shows how it could be for someone normal start their adventure from scratch, with only hardwork and creativity. The only problem is the update rate, if it was faster it would easily a 10/10. I let it pile up for God knows how much and there's only 7 new chapters, its like a small hiatus between chapters.

Just binged this story in a week and a half. Several nights I repeatedly told myself "just one more chapter, then bed" only to blaze past the self-imposed limit and read three more instead! The prose wasn't the best in places and there were a lot of typos / grammatical errors, but overall the story is just so interesting that these mistakes can be overlooked. Thanks so much for posting your plans on the remainder of the story! Too many authors set the stage for their stories and build engaging, unique, detailed worlds only to disappear off the face of the earth right as things are getting good, leaving their audiences in the dark. I'm glad to say you've only done one of those things. Ignore the other hateful comments- writing a work this long, even if incomplete, is something to be proud of, and clearly plenty of people love what you've done here. Thanks for making the lives of myself and many others a little bit brighter by sharing with us your imagination and writing. Wishing you the best in life!

Had fun reading it. First came across another one of your stories, the Video game developer in a cultivation world, and I'm gonna say both of them got me. Like u read something and like it, simple.

Good story, like the progression of the relationships between trainer and pokemon. It's always what gets me, i guess if I didn't like it I'd read something else

Checked out the authors patreon and he seems to make a living off of this now. DOn't mind waiting as long as it doesn't get abandoned like half the stories here
