Junie is a shy cosplayer and content creator who finds it difficult to allow others to get close to her. She finds that posting videos online about making costumes fills the void caused by her loneliness.
During a convention, she meets Kian, a fellow cosplayer and content creator who is determined to pull Junie out of her shell. Although the connection she and Kian share is electric, Junie finds herself retreating to her reclusive ways. But Kian is determined to be with her.

“You frustrate me so much,” Kian grumbled, his hand slipping through Junie’s hair as he held her close.
“That’s my line,” she mumbled, sliding her hands around Kian’s sides to rest them on his back. “You’re the one who refuses to listen.”
He quirked a thick eyebrow down at her. “And yet, you’re still here.” 
She wasn’t sure if she wanted to throttle the man or kiss him. “You’re here. Where else would I be?”

"My views are back up!" Junie said through unmoving lips. She was staring down at her phone screen and couldn't even believe the number that she saw there. 


For the past several weeks Junie's video views had gone down substantially. She thought it would take just as many for the numbers to go back up but her viewers apparently liked her last video, which had been all about Funtasy Land. 


These were her best numbers yet. She had more viewers than she ever had in the past!


"What are people saying?" Callie asked eagerly. 


Junie shushed her lightly, looking around the comic book store before showing her, Micah, and Kian the comment section. 


Kian put an arm around her shoulders, pressing a congratulatory kiss to her temple before bending slightly and squinting at the screen. "JunBug's best video so far," he read. "You can tell she's really happy in the clips at the amusement park. Hope to see more content like this!"
