Registering Era

By the time they come out of the Hidden Ancient Mansion, it is already noon. Thankfully, they have lunch in the spatial artifact, the three oldest female; Era, Ina, and Ilina create the dishes.

So, they don't need to go out to buybfood, though Ryker has another plan.

"So, we are going to register Era as an adventurer?" Ina asked. Ryker nodded.

"Yes. This will help her get stronger as well. After all, with our pace, the longer the journey, the more dangerous it will get," he reminded them.

"Right, so having her as an adventurer would help her become stronger," Ina said, understanding what he was thinking.

"Yes. With her strength at the peak of Genesis Gathering, she could raise her rank quickly. Not to mention, getting her cultivation to the same level as us would be easier with the support of the Adventur Guild," he continued, explaining the benefits.

"Wait, don't you need my approval?" the woman in question asked. Era could not help but feeling a bit annoyed. After all, they are talking about getting her to join the Adventurer Guild, not someone else.

"Well," Ryker closed the gap before kissing her full on the lips, taking her by surprise. When he was done, a gapping mouth was left on the scene, as Era turned bright red from the sudden kiss.

"Do you think we need them?" he asked as he pulled her into a hug, "After all, you are just a slave," in mere seconds, the blonde was undressed as sounds of moan filled the room once more.

"Do you have to prove a point like that?" Era growled, though it looked less harmless with how it is more of a pout.

"Yes, after all, you still a slave. You still don't accept the promotion I have for you," Ryker said, his fingers digging into her rear, Era let out a squeak before glaring at him.

"What promotion?" knowing she would stood no chance to him, she decided to ask such thing.

"Well, to lover of course," Era turned bright red once more.

"I would prefer for us to be husband and wife, but we don't have anyone that could officiate the wedding. So, I have to make due with lovers," Era sputtered, her face red from embarrassment.

"Besides, you don't seem to mind the promotion," the blonde buried her head on her palm, thoroughly embarrassed.

Finally, she nodded, seeing nothing wrong with his reasoning. Besides, sooner or later, she need to carry her own weight in the group. Becoming stronger would definitely help.

"Let go to the Guild then,"

Similar to the Adventure Guild's building in the town, it has a symbol of the Guild, signalling the building belonged to the Adventure Guild.

That is where the similarity ended. The town's Guild Building, while not small, is only two storey high, with the size being slightly larger than the building next to.

As for Alten City Adventure Guild's building, it is far larger. It is a building that stand alone, streets separating it from the rest of the building. It is 5-storey high. While they don't know what happened at the higher floor, there is no doubt it is done to for the size and strength of the staff and executives of the Guild in Alten City.

With the streams of people coming and going out of the building, the trio have some trouble entering it. When they did, they are more impressed.

Unlike the town Guild, the space for the main area is larger, enough to fit an entire floor of the town Guild's building. Lines of adventurers wait patiently as they waited for their turn with the receptionist.

Thankfully, the line for registration is not long, so, the trio quickly lined up, waiting for their turn.

With how short the line, it only took 20 minutes before they reach the receptionist. The woman looked at them before asking, "Does all of you want to register as an adventurer of the guild?" she asked.

Both him and Ina shook their heads, "We both are already one. We are here to help a friend of ours to register," they decided to hide their real relationship, at least until they are stronger.

"I see, in that case, you can leave her here. She is in good hands," the receptionist promised. Seeing there is nothing they can do, the two left Era with the woman.

While she was being registered, the two decide to take a look at the missions. To their slight surprise, there are no mission boards, but instead, mission rooms.

Mission rooms are separated by the ranks of difficulty. On the first floor, the mission from F to A rank is present, though it is only for one-star missions. For the two-star missions, they are upstairs, or so they heard. Considering how they are still a long way from reaching the Genesis Foundation, they decide to just focused on the mission they could take.

Because of their diligence in the town, they manage to raise their rank to 3-diamond for Ryker, while Ina is close enough to become a 3-diamond, the brunette only need to take some of the harder missions to become one.

However, because of his strength, he do have some restriction in the mission he can take, requiring him to become a Genesis Condensing cultivator first.

Still, even if he is not allowed to take B and A rank missions, he can still take the C ranks, which give him good enough rewards. As for Ina, she can also take the same mission level as he can, thought the two decide to take two different missions to expand their source of income.

It did not take long before they picked their missions, with Ryker picking the hardest mission while Ina took the one that offer the most reward with the least work needed.

As they about to head towards the receptionist, they were intercepted by Era.

"Looks like the registration is done. Do you need help or..."

"I can do thing myself. The receptionist already explained everything," Era answered, the others bidding at the blonde.

"In that case, take missions that you think you can handle. Don't bite more than you can chew," Ryker reminded her before both he and Ina continue in their way to get the mission approval.

Era quickly entered the mission room, planning to pick the most dangerous mission that she could handle, just to show Ryker that she is not some helpless maiden.
