Revised version
Mo Fan stepped forward, his small feet treading cautiously over the debris that once made up the place he called home. His wide, crimson eyes scanned the wreckage, every shattered piece of wood, every broken tile, amplifying the dread gnawing at his heart. The silence was deafening, broken only by the occasional crackle of dying flames and the unsettling creak of unstable structures.
This can't be my house... he thought desperately, his mind grasping at any hope to deny the horrifying reality before him. Father and Mother are powerful cultivators. They wouldn't fall to something like this... But even as he tried to reassure himself, the emptiness where his parents' auras should have been was undeniable. It was like a void had opened up inside him, swallowing any trace of comfort or warmth.
voice, trembling and weak, broke through his thoughts. "Mo Fan... is that you?"
Mo Fan spun around, his heart leaping into his throat. "Who—?"
Before he could finish, he felt a pair of arms wrap around him, pulling him into a tight embrace. The person holding him began to sob uncontrollably. The familiarity of the voice and the warmth of the hug gave him a brief moment of solace.
"Aunt, why are you crying?" Mo Fan asked, his voice tinged with confusion and concern.
His aunt's sobs grew louder, her body shaking as she clung to him as if he were her only lifeline. "Mo Fan... you're okay," she whispered, her voice hoarse and trembling. Tears streamed down her face, dampening Mo Fan's shoulder as she continued to cry.
Mo Fan waited patiently, though anxiety gnawed at him. He needed answers, but he also knew his aunt needed this moment to release her grief. But as her cries persisted, fear once again began to envelop him, more suffocating than before. So, it is really what I thought. Huh... he mused, a cold realization dawning upon him.
Finally, when her sobs had subsided to mere sniffles, he spoke. "Aunt, are you okay now?" His voice was calm, yet it carried an icy edge that hadn't been there before.
His aunt flinched slightly, taken aback by the sudden change in his tone. Did his voice change just now? No, it must be my imagination, she thought, shaking her head as if to clear her mind.
"Yes... yes, I'm okay," she replied, though her voice still wavered. "But are you okay, Mo Fan?"
"I'm fine, Aunt. But please, tell me what happened," Mo Fan urged, his urgency palpable.
His aunt hesitated, her eyes darting away as she struggled with what to say. What should I tell him? He's only seven years old, she thought, her heart aching.
As she wrestled with her thoughts, Mo Fan's sharp ears caught snippets of a nearby conversation.
"Hey, do you remember those strange people who went to the Mo's house? And now... look at it, reduced to ruins. Poor kid, they must've provoked someone way out of their league."
The words sent a chill down Mo Fan's spine. He clenched his fists, his nails digging into his palms. So it's true... He forced himself to remain composed, even as his mind raced. I'm sorry, Aunt. But I need to find out who did this. If my calculations are correct, they should have fled to the forest, just like in those stories where characters escape after causing a scene.
His aunt's voice pulled him back to the present. "They... they traveled somewhere far away because of some important matters—." She stopped, suddenly realizing she had lost sight of him. "Mo Fan? Where are you, Mo Fan?!"
But Mo Fan was already gone, moving with a speed and determination that belied his young age. Despite having no formal movement technique, he pushed his body to its limits, heedless of the pain that shot through his legs. To anyone watching, he was nothing more than a passing wind.
Within minutes, he reached the edge of the forest, his keen senses picking up the faint traces of conversation. He slowed his pace, moving silently through the underbrush, his enhanced perception allowing him to eavesdrop from over 300 yards away.
"Tch! I still wanted to enjoy it more," a ma's voice snarled, filled with anger.
An old man stood beside him, his expression unreadable as he remained silent. Mo Fan's blood ran cold as he listened, every word driving a knife deeper into his heart.
"If only she weren't pregnant, then I could have used her," the man continued, his tone icy and devoid of any humanity.
Mo Fan's hands clenched into fists, his nails digging into his palms as a wave of rage and madness surged through him. My mother... she was pregnant... His thoughts were a whirlwind of grief and fury. How dare they kill someone who was supposed to be my younger brother or sister...
Without realizing it, his killing intent began to seep out, a dark aura that caught the attention of the old man.
"Who!!!" The elder's voice boomed through the forest as he vanished, moving with terrifying speed towards the source of the killing intent.
Damn it! Mo Fan cursed inwardly, realizing his mistake. I almost let my emotions get the better of me... as a trained man, how could I lose control even for a second?
But it was too late. The elder appeared before him in an instant, his eyes narrowing as he sized up the small boy who had dared to unleash such a potent killing aura.
Is this the kid who released the killing intent just now? the elder wondered, his mind racing. Is he a trained assassin, or a natural talent?
"Child, where do you come from?" the elder demanded, his voice heavy with authority as he loomed over Mo Fan, ready to uncover the truth behind this mysterious and dangerous boy.

{Going in front of everyone}
{Seeing many destroyed parts of the building. Fear started to increase in Mo Fan's mind}
I can't feel Father's or Mother's aura. Maybe this is not my house. After all my Father is a powerful cultivator. Mo Fan said in his mind.
Mo Fan is that you {A trembling voice came from Mo Fan's behind}
Who-?
{Suddenly that person hugged Mo Fan and started to cry}
Aunt, why are you crying? Mo Fan asked his aunt.
"sob""sob"..... Mo Fan you are okay. Aunt said with a hoarse and trembling voice.
{Mo Fan waited for his aunt to stop crying. To ask what happened}
{Fear once again started to envelop him}
[So, It is really what I thought. Huh!] Mo Fan thought in his mind
Aunt, are you okay now? Mo Fan asked his aunt in a calm yet cold voice.
[!!!... Did his voice change just now? No, it should be my imagination]
"sob" sob""sob"..... yes. Are you okay? Aunt said.
Yes, now would you tell me what happened? Mo Fan asked his aunt with urgency.
Yes, the truth is.....[What should I say to him? He is only 7-years-old]
{While his aunt was thinking. Mo Fan heard someone saying}
"Hey, do you remember some strange people going to Mo's house and the next scene we are seeing is the house destroyed? What a pity for their child. to think they provoke someone beyond their caliber-."
They traveled somewhere far away because of some important things-. Huh, Mo Fan where are you, Mo Faaan!!!. Aunt shouted.
[I am sorry aunt. I need to find out who did this. And I can get a rough estimation of where did they go. If am correct they should be in the forest now. Like a typical novel where a character escapes after causing a scene] Mo Fan thought in his mind
{Even though he had no movement technique, he stilled to the point where he didn't care about breaking his leg. While to others he was a passing wind}
If everything I have calculated is correct then they should have gone east of the forest.
{Few minutes later}
Tch! I still wanted to enjoy it more. Yu Mian said with angered voice.
{the withered old man stayed there without saying anything.}
{Mo Fan was hearing everything even though he was 330 yards away because of his soul cultivation his perception was higher}
If only she weren't pregnant then I could have used her. Yu Mian said with a cold tone.
{Hearing this anger and madness started to appear on Mo Fan's face}
[If what they said is correct that my mother is pregnant. How dare he kill someone who's supposed to be my younger brother/sister.] Mo Fan thought in his mind
{Mo Fan's killing intent started to leak slowly. But it could not escape the elder's perception because of his high cultivation}
Who!!!. Elder said with a deep and powerful voice.
{The elder disappeared from there and moved towards the source of killing intent}
[I damn almost released killing intent because of emotion. As a trained man how could I lose control for a second? Let me see where they are going. Hmm? Where's the elder] Mo Fan thought in his mind
[Is this the kid who released the killing intent just now. is he a trained assassin or a natural talent to release that kind of killing intent. Well, the answer will come once I capture him] Elder thought in his mind.
Child, where do you come from? Elder asked with an imposing voice.
