A Rabbit

Since the lounge was occupied, Weisheng took it as a sign from the Heavens and went to the Arbiter's Hall without breakfast. He didn't want to avoid Xiaoling. It just so happened to work out like that.

Weisheng casually walked into the Arbiter's Hall, only to find it in a mess. As he stepped further, different scrolls rolled around after touching his feet. He narrowed his eyes in concern and looked around in search of the Arbiter but in vain.

"Second Brother?" Weisheng called him out loud as he passed through the different shelves of scrolls.

Each shelf had millions of scrolls, and each scroll had a history of someone's entire life.

"Tuzi?" Weisheng called him using his nickname but in vain.

The Hall was a mess, and the Arbiter was nowhere to be found. It almost reminded Weisheng of a core memory between him and the Arbiter.
