Ascendancy of the elites

A world where Elites bestowed by celestial supernatural beings rule the earth from the skies. After the death of his father Nell being the successor joins the Elites training academy to take his place as his successor and help the humans like he has always wanted. But soon he faces the reality of the Elites position of hierarchy among the human society where humans are treated as trash.
